I rambled on about all the weird stuff I was noticing, and Joseph took it all in stride, identified problem areas, and gave me some great advice (which just added to all the great advice I had gotten from my last technician!) I am sure that my technician did a wonderful job on the outside of my home. However, both my last procedure in this procedure were done without my knowing so therefore I was able to have him come inside my home. I have spiders in my home and was hoping that they would be treated, but no one ever calls me before they come.
Austin was very thorough and efficient. We talked upon his arrival to go over what needed to be done and he explained everything he was going to do both before and after completing service. He took extra care around the vegetable plants to avoid possible exposure. We have had no pest problems for the over two years we have used Pointe.
