Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.
Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job checking out the inside and outside of our house.
Initial visit. Joe was prompt, knowledgeable, & efficient. I now have a better understanding of pest control. Confident we will receive good service throughout the year.
