Nice service friendly technician
We heard a noise coming from the attic, so we called Pointe Pest Control to come check it out. David phoned a head of time to tell me when he would arrive, no one ever does that! He was polite, informative and thorough. He offered advise on additional services we might be interested in based on the whole house inspection, but wasn't pushy.
The technician was on-time, professional, courteous and thorough. One of the best!

We had a terrible mole problem and tried to eradicate them on our own. Out of frustration, we tried Pointe. We are happy we did! He was great...I used a competitor last year, and was very dis-satisfied with them. Pointe was here longer and inspected more, explained more and was generally very knowledgeable of my problem(s) and found and showed me and my wife what our biggest issues were. He was very professional and polite and courteous, and respectful of my property.
