Nice service friendly technician
We heard a noise coming from the attic, so we called Pointe Pest Control to come check it out. David phoned a head of time to tell me when he would arrive, no one ever does that! He was polite, informative and thorough. He offered advise on additional services we might be interested in based on the whole house inspection, but wasn't pushy.
The technician was on-time, professional, courteous and thorough. One of the best!
Jennifer was very attentive to details, she was very thorough and competent. She was professional, very informative about what work she had done. Jennifer completed her work in timely fashion once again. Thank you Jennifer and have a Merry Christmas!
We were very pleased. Technician was courteous, thorough and took time to complete his work and discuss with us afterwards. The first visit we had a few weeks ago seemed rushed and not so thorough.

We had a terrible mole problem and tried to eradicate them on our own. Out of frustration, we tried Pointe. We are happy we did! Fernando C. was great. He was on time, professional and flexible when he found out about additional potential issues at our home. I would request him again.
He was great...I used a competitor last year, and was very dis-satisfied with them. Pointe was here longer and inspected more, explained more and was generally very knowledgeable of my problem(s) and found and showed me and my wife what our biggest issues were. He was very professional and polite and courteous, and respectful of my property.
He did an amazing job and was very thorough.
As a general contractor of large construction company. It was a pleasure to see great employee interaction with customers. The young man performed the work on our home was wonderful. Please pass on to him that my wife and I were impressed with her professionalism.
Just Excellent. Very happy with what I got for the money I paid. He took his time to make sure every little hole was taken care of. Well worth it. Thanks
