We met Steve for the first time at our home inspection, but he made us feel so very comfortable we left feeling like we knew him forever! He is VERY knowledgeable, thorough, honest and willing to answer any questions - Steve explained everything he was doing and why and this took away our anxiousness. We received our inspection report the same evening and there were no surprises - our realtor was able to move forward with our offer using the detailed information and pictures from Steve’s report.

Steve conducted a home inspection and sewer scope for purchasing our first home. As a new homebuyer, Steve did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. He provided us with honest feedback on what would need to be done on the house, the urgency, and what was most important. He also did a great job of expressing the positive aspects of the house and what was reassuring to him as an inspector. Steve was also very friendly and made the inspection more enjoyable. The digital copy of the report with pictures and color-coding made going back to review our to-do list easy!
