Technician, Jonah, was very professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly.
I was not at home when the technician came to service our property. He left a door hanger so I know he did come but in the past the technicians have been extremely thorough so I am sure Jonas did as well.

Polaris Pest Control gives you reminders of upcoming service, give you a timeframe as to how many minutes they will arrive, ask if you’re having any issues and report when done with service if they noticed any areas of concern. Polite technicians. Jonathan was thorough and efficient! I highly recommend this company.
I’m Not sure how to feel about this. I received a message from the pest control staff/office at 10:49 Am that the serviceman would arrive in 30-45 minutes. However, 20 minutes, (approximately 11:15 Am), I received a text stating that my house had already been serviced. Nobody was home so I do question the type of…

Great service! Jonah was very helpful and thorough and explained everything very well. I received a courtesy text to give me time to bring my dogs in and when he arrived he called me to not ring doorbell so my dogs would not go crazy, which I do appreciate greatly. Thank you so much for everything!
Jonah did a really great job with our home. Was very detailed oriented and a pleasure to talk to.
Very polite and courteous young lady. Respectful and asked what types of insects we were seeing. She took care of the outside first. She then proceeded to complete the inside of the house. Will recommend her along with Polaris Pest Control.
