Jonah was very personable and listened to what I needed. He was quick and efficient.

I was not at home when the technician came to service our property. He left a door hanger so I know he did come but in the past the technicians have been extremely thorough so I am sure Jonas did as well.

Polaris Pest Control gives you reminders of upcoming service, give you a timeframe as to how many minutes they will arrive, ask if you’re having any issues and report when done with service if they noticed any areas of concern. I’m Not sure how to feel about this. I received a message from the pest control staff/office at 10:49 Am that the serviceman would arrive in 30-45 minutes.
