Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well stocked washing station. I'll definetly be back!

Extremely helpful and understanding. Izzy went above and beyond for my sweet pup after she rolled in a dead crow. Thank you!

The best doggy self wash around. They have the best smelling shampoo and my dog leaves smelling and looking great!

We had a fantastic experience with Polished Paws! Kirsten and her team were professional, courteous, warm, and incredibly gentle with our little Shih Tzu. They took the time to make her comfortable, gave her a wonderful haircut and nail trim, and even spent some extra time playing with her afterward—which really…

I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! Lola looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team was so warm, welcoming, and kind. The whole place just has such a wonderful energy, and you can immediately tell how much they genuinely care about the dogs. One of the things I…

DO NOT waste your time visiting this place. They will turn you away when they have open tubs, and make excuses as to why you cannot self wash your dog. They claim that they do not allow dogs 2 hours before close - per the woman with purple hair last Sunday, who was also very rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY…

This place was so friendly, professional, and had everything we needed for our self wash stations for our two doggos! The staff were amazing and so helpful!!

I took my big boy in today. He needed a bath big time, his floof was floofing. They got him in very quickly, finished in an hour and he is looking and feeling so good! They let me know of any concerns they had (he gets a little dander from allergies.) We'll worth the money and they have self wash stations so I can…

Fast service kind attendants reasonable price great value.

Kirsten took care of our 1 year old mini Aussie who had never been to the groomer before and did an excellent job!!! He is normally afraid of hair dryers and getting haircuts but they got along right away and she took her time with him and helped him have fun while doing it. He looks so great, and smells great too!…

I dropped off our sweet old bull dog Cobe and he loved it... He came out looking great, and smelling even better.

I am a customer that usually just let things go but I feel disrespected and the service was not the best, other customers should hear this: I’ve been taking my golden retriever Max to polished paws since Autum last year and out of the blue in my past appointment the groomer shaved him. Not a little shave but…

We brought my Irish Setter in for a you wash. Love that they have everything you need including hairdryers. They also do nail trim & got the mats behind her ears. I will be coming back.

Great place. I take my chloe and Serenity does an amazing job. Highly recommend

The self service wash is a great experience, staff was helpful and kind and the equipment was easy to use! Came back again for a nail trim and was able to add on a teeth brushing, and again the staff was absolutely fantastic. My dog was comfortable (as much as one can be when someone is all up in your mouth) and…

I love the first come first serve self wash. They provide everything you need and the equipment is top notch and in good working order. There’s always somebody available if I need anything else.

Amazing experience ! Clean facility and amazing staff ! I am beyond happy 🫶🏻

Brought my puppy who’s almost 1 here. Never has been groomed before and it was a great experience! They were super kind and asked questions about how i wanted her face trimmed. It was super easy drop off and pick up. She got a bath too and she smelled so good! Her face trim looks better now too and she can see…

Took my border collie, Rooster, in for a self‑wash. He was nervous, we were awkward, but the Polished Paws staff were so helpful! We splashed our way through it and Rooster was looking his best when we left. I would totally recommend!

Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. I will bring my dogs back.

Best place ever! Great products and friendly staff!

Brought my very furry puppy for a bath. The staff was very patient and friendly with us. The facility was very clean and organized. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner and deodorizer spray they had! My dog smelled so nice afterwards

Clean and friendly environment.

Was a great experience, quick process for self wash and everything was provided for a clean furry dog

The layout of the salon is open, so you can see everything from the front. That was reassuring for me, because I do worry about her being mistreated if I’m not there. The staff at the desk were so friendly and even the energy of the space was calm. I brought my sheltie in for a bath and trim. They were so gentle…

Clean facility, friendly staff, great washing supplies.

So clean and quality compassionate workers to help us in the process of self-wash for our 3 pups!

Super easy self wash experience! Great price great facility and super nice helpful staff! Will definitely come back when the pupper needs another wash!

The ladies were great and the facility excellent!

Best place ever ever. Clean and friendly… I will be back for grooming and self wash.

The facility is very clean, the staff are wonderful and they require dogs to be vaccinated and enforce it- for any services (not just rabies, yay!). I will absolutely be a repeat customer for their dog wash!

Awesome Sherman loved it and it’s a wonderful place! Kat is awesome!

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

The self-wash is a life and nose saver after picking up my dog from boarding

Perfect facility for a self-wash and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Best self bath we've ever been to! Will absolutely be back any time we need a bath. No more cleaning up endless hair from my drains ☺️ the dryer is a great touch
