We had a fantastic experience with Polished Paws! Kirsten and her team were professional, courteous, warm, and incredibly gentle with our little Shih Tzu. They took the time to make her comfortable, gave her a wonderful haircut and nail trim, and even spent some extra time playing with her afterward—which really…

I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! Lola looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team was so warm, welcoming, and kind. The whole place just has such a wonderful energy, and you can immediately tell how much they genuinely care about the dogs. One of the things I…

Our boy Kricket gets groomed here regularly and he comes out looking immaculate and feeling refreshed. He looks forward to coming here each time. We are so glad to have found a reliable groomer after a very unpleasant experience in the past. Polished paws has a very professional and friendly staff. Warm and…

They did a wonderful job with my yorkiepoo. He was clean and fresh with a perfect cut and the groomer was playing with him when I arrived to pick him up.

Kirsten took care of our 1 year old mini Aussie who had never been to the groomer before and did an excellent job!!! He is normally afraid of hair dryers and getting haircuts but they got along right away and she took her time with him and helped him have fun while doing it. He looks so great, and smells great too!…

I dropped off our sweet old bull dog Cobe and he loved it... He came out looking great, and smelling even better.

I am a customer that usually just let things go but I feel disrespected and the service was not the best, other customers should hear this: I’ve been taking my golden retriever Max to polished paws since Autum last year and out of the blue in my past appointment the groomer shaved him. Not a little shave but…

Great place. I take my chloe and Serenity does an amazing job. Highly recommend

Brought my puppy who’s almost 1 here. Never has been groomed before and it was a great experience! They were super kind and asked questions about how i wanted her face trimmed. It was super easy drop off and pick up. She got a bath too and she smelled so good! Her face trim looks better now too and she can see…

Brought my very furry puppy for a bath. The staff was very patient and friendly with us. The facility was very clean and organized. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner and deodorizer spray they had! My dog smelled so nice afterwards

Clean and friendly environment.

The layout of the salon is open, so you can see everything from the front. That was reassuring for me, because I do worry about her being mistreated if I’m not there. The staff at the desk were so friendly and even the energy of the space was calm. I brought my sheltie in for a bath and trim. They were so gentle…

My dog Ghost loves Kirsten at Polished Paws! She is so excited to go see her for spa day.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back.
