I used Poochouse to groom my two fur babies and they were amazing. It was easy to schedule the appt., they communicated, they showed up on time and were very friendly. My dogs look great and I highly recommend them.
Poochouse is a one stop shop that will exceed all your needs for your pup. If you are looking for the best mobile dog groomer, look no further. They are extremely professional and even showed up early for the appointment. Will definitely be using them for our dogs from now on. Thank you Poochouse
Very disappointing experience. I clearly explained how I wanted my puppy groomed before the service, but the haircut was nothing like what we discussed it is uneven all around . Even worse, I noticed bruising and irritation around my puppy’s anus afterward. I trusted them with my pet’s care and was extremely unhappy…

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. The safety, comfort, and well-being of every pup in our care are our highest priorities. After reviewing the photos provided, we did not observe any bruising. The images appeared to show irritation consistent with grooming of the sanitary area, which can occasionally occur due to the sensitivity of the skin in that region. While situations like this are not common in our day-to-day operations, we take every concern seriously and view all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue providing the quality care and service that our clients and their pets expect from us.
