Ricky and his crew did an amazing job cleaning 5 spaces for us. They were in and out in no time. This my 2nd time using Precise Carpet Cleaning and I intend to use them again on my next project.

Arrived earlier than scheduled that was a positive for me. Very personable and professional technicians. Also gave good advise to dry quickly

Bret did a fantastic job steam cleaning our dated carpets! Very professional and thorough. Our carpets look great! We will use Precise Carpet Cleaning again. Highly recommend!

The cleaning was wonderful and the communication excellent, however, I was not thrilled with being asked to leave a tip when I paid with credit. I think this is overused and it makes me leary of putting myself in an uncomfortable position with the technician standing there. Please reconsider this unnecessary situation.
