The cleaning was wonderful and the communication excellent, however, I was not thrilled with being asked to leave a tip when I paid with credit. I think this is overused and it makes me leary of putting myself in an uncomfortable position with the technician standing there. Please reconsider this unnecessary situation.

I chose Precise bc they were a local, family owned business. I was not disappointed! The technicians were highly trained and knowledgeable. The results were amazing! I didn’t take “before” pics bc the carpets were embarrassing!!! Pet stains and 6 years of wear and tear have vanished! These photos really don’t do the results justice!

The guys were great, helpful and the carpets look 100% better. I would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
