Have used them for years! We have had countless carpets cleaned, tiles, air ducts, basement concrete floors all cleaned by Precise! Very thorough and treat you like family.
I was getting a blocked dryer vent message. So I called Precise to have it cleaned. Bret and Sam did a great job cleaning the vent and also securing the hose. I highly recommend these guys if you have any issues.
They arrived as scheduled and worked very efficiently. We had our air ducts cleaned and two rooms and hallway we had the carpet cleaned and treated for pet odor. I highly recommend Precise!
"Precise" describes them perfectly!! We had our vents cleared out and cleaned out. All the vents are obviously open to see, but I did not know until that morning that they need furniture moved, etc. I guess it was probably "obvious", but I got absolutely nothing from the company as far as what to do prior to them…
Quick and professional service.
The guys that cleaned the air ducts and carpet did a good job and were very friendly and courteous. We plan on using them again.
Love Precise, we have been and will continue to be customer for years!
We had a fantastic experience with Precise! They were excellent with communication, timely, and professional. Their work was immaculate. Their pricing was extremely competitive, and they didn’t try to oversell us on services. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
We had some neighbors recommend Precise Carpet Cleaning for the HVAC and Vent Cleaning services a couple years back. The time finally came to get our system cleaned and they did not disappoint. I have used them 3 times at 3 different property locations. They are fair priced, responsive, do good work, and communicate issues they find very well. I will continue to use.
From the initial call with Rich to get a quote to the service appointment with Bret and his team I could not be happier. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with! I would recommend Precise to anyone looking for in home service.
very nice young men, they did a thorough job, was on time, cleaned up, this is our second time using them for carpet cleaning and our first time using them for duct cleaning, good value for work done
Professional, considerate and very neat. I have the worst allergies and the duct cleaning really helped. There was one glitch; in the furnace room a vent was left with a little dust so I called and the owner had them turn around and look at it. They removed some cardboard around the smaller duct and discovered a…
They were great!
I've used these guys twice for carpet cleaning, today I hired them to clean the HVAC ducts and wow, so impressive. I am thrilled to be breathing clean air again, highly recommend every homeowner spend a little to improve your air quality A LOT.
Great service! Explained everything before and after! They even found a water leak in our basement and investigated to help us find the source. Such nice and courteous men!! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!!
We had our vents and dryer vent cleaned by Precise today! Getting a quote and scheduling was super easy. We received a text to let us know when the team was on the way to our house and Brett and the team were on time, knowledge, professional and really quick!
