I had a scratch on the front bumper of my Tesla that was previously fixed and the clear coat started to peel off; it’s important to note that the initial paint job that started peeling was not done by Precision Auto Works. I searched for a Tesla certified body shop and found Precision Auto Works. I took my car to have the entire front bumper repainted. The whole experience from start to finish was a dream. Customer service is stellar; you are greeted by super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do everything with professionalism and care from the upfront pricing, to discussing the repairs, how they will be done, and the time frame. I picked up my car and the paint job was amazing; they also detailed my car inside and out so it looked as clean as the the day it came out of the showroom. The price is really reasonable too- since my repairs were not a result of a collision, I couldn’t go through insurance so I paid out of pocket. I am confident that should I need any repairs, I can rely on Precision Auto Works to perform the job and do it well. I waited a bit longer to get an appointment because they were quite busy at the time but the volume of cars they service just goes to show the trust customers place in them and the wait was 100000% worth it.
