Great staff, Alex helped me with a bumper issue with my Tesla. Super helpful. Highly recommend.
Over priced & taking very long time and not giving approximate time, better to go own companies’s service center
This place is a gem! I had a scratch on the front bumper of my Tesla that was previously fixed and the clear coat started to peel off; it’s important to note that the initial paint job that started peeling was not done by Precision Auto Works. I searched for a Tesla certified body shop and found Precision Auto…
Craftmanship is absolutely excellent!!
Front bumper tire replacement Excellent fast service!
Brought my wife's car in for repair after an accident. I had no experience in the process of getting a repair quote for insurance. John and Jason took the time to provide detailed information and answer all our questions. Once insurance approved, they provided great communication and updates on the repair and…
Came to get my cars front bumper fixed, reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
I want to Thank Precision Auto Works for taking care of my car. I am truly satisfied with everything. I want to give a special Thank you to Mr Freddy . He was thorough and very professional. If you need your car taking care come here . They are excellent. Thank you again .
Found Freddie and Alex to be Consummate Professionals- and “The Team” to be TRUE Artisans and EVEN Artists !
Last month, my wife crashed our Tesla Model Y, and our friend recommended we call Precision Auto Works of Long Island City. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly helpful. The representative, Alex, took care of everything for us. All we had to do was report the accident to our insurance company, Alex…
I took my 2020 Nissan Pathfindee here through GEICO insurance for a collision. I was initially checked in by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear on the procedure, what to expect and helped me with both a full understanding of the process as well as helping me interface with my…
Had a great experience after a terrible one. Alex helped all the way through the repair. Thanks again.
Great shop. Alex helped me out and did a great job. Fast, clean work — definitely recommend.
Alex was very helpful he was able to walk me through the whole process. Thanks guys.
I truly don’t trust anyone but this body shop. I’ve never met the most humble honest body shop and so sweet. I would never bring my Bronco to any body shop but Precision, they truly live up to their name.
I was referred by my car insurance company. Excellent service from the team at Precision. Freddy was excellent at communicating and helping me get my car back as soon as possible. Very happy with the service and will come back if I need anything fixed on my car.
Took my 2026 Tesla in for repairs and the whole process was completely seamless. Alex was amazing he walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I understood what was being done. The car came out looking even better than before. I’m honestly so happy with the results. Really recommend this shop. Don’t think twice best spot around.
A great job on restoring my Volvo xc40, after a rear end crash in 2024! It took a little longer because restoration was complicated. The result is that my car looks like new! The team kept me updated on repairs, nearly on a daily basis: via texts, photos and videos. On the day I took the car to repair, the…
Repairs are excellent paint match perfect great staff
Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth. Update: Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full…
