I truly don’t trust anyone but this body shop. I’ve never met the most humble honest body shop and so sweet. I would never bring my Bronco to any body shop but Precision, they truly live up to their name.

I was referred by my car insurance company. Excellent service from the team at Precision. Freddy was excellent at communicating and helping me get my car back as soon as possible. Very happy with the service and will come back if I need anything fixed on my car.

Very professional and do great work. Precision does premium work while giving outstanding customer service. In a field where that is sometimes hard to come by it is paramount for what I want my experience to be and I’m really grateful for the work performed by Precision. Great experience sending our Model Y in for fixing a bunch of defects from delivery (back in 2020), that Tesla’s own body shop couldn’t fix. They did a great job fixing a paint defect and trunk alignment, and even detailed and charged my car - something else Tesla’s own body shop doesn’t bother to do. Champions!… Read full review

Very responsive and efficient

After experiencing an accident (not our fault), we brought our car to Precision where the entire staff was responsive and had the best communication via email and text with updates. They finished our car a week before the estimated date. They are truly the best place to get your Tesla fixed in NYC!
