After experiencing an accident (not our fault), we brought our car to Precision where the entire staff was responsive and had the best communication via email and text with updates. They finished our car a week before the estimated date. They are truly the best place to get your Tesla fixed in NYC!

My first time using this body shop and I can say I have no complaints. The min I walk through the front door I was greeted with excellent customer service. My tesla model Y was rear ended and they fix my car in great timing. The workers went above and beyond the call of duty. Any problems you have go see Freddy he will take care of you. Awesome body shop.

Precision Autoworks is absolutely phenomenal! I picked up my Tesla and couldn't believe it, it looks as good as new, in fact it looks better than when I gave it to them, it really looks like a brand-new car! I would highly, highly recommend these folks! Ricardo was wonderful to work with, ask for him when you go in.
