Had a client who Hired them to do a move out clean. They barely cleaned had to have them come back o to finish cleaning and they charged them extra to do it!? Second time around still wasn’t even close to clean all in all terrible company terrible service

Recently had them clean my house prior to move in. Paid 350.00 and although the two ladies were nice, it was not a deep clean. Beyond cleaning the oven/stove there wasn’t anything besides sweep/mop/light dust. Kitchen shelves weren’t wiped, range hood was still dirty, light fixtures weren’t touched, exterior windows were also not touched.

Bridgit x Tammy were amazing! They arrived early and were very thorough. Before they left we went through each room to ensure the service was sufficient. Every expectation I had was surpassed and I will always recommend them! Thank You so Much! 🤗

These ladies did an amazing job. they cleaned top to bottom, inside and out. Tori was also wonderful with communications and helpful over the many questions that i had asked. I would 100% recommend!

Jeanine, Jaahdinitria, and Leslie did a wonderful job cleaning our home and preparing it for our new baby to come home to soon!!! Thank you!

It was a pleasure to work with Deidra, April, brianna and I would recommend them and their business again. Their Mananger Tori was an excellent help to me. Sincerly- Taneisha Howell

The office staff was very prompt in their response and communication, and exceptionally clear in what to expect. The cleaning staff— April, Jessica, and Trinity— were on time, very friendly, and very thorough. I have used other local services and while they did a decent job, they weren’t nearly as meticulous and… Read full review

I want to preface this with saying my husband and I move often with the military, so over the years we have used numerous cleaning companies in numerous states. So I feel confident saying we have a good benchmark of “good” and “bad” cleaning services. Precision Clean is great. Maggen, Jessica, Jeanine, and Shay… Read full review

DO NOT use this service , they charged me $250 for a deep clean and I came home , my laundry was not done , trash everywhere . What is the point of having a cleaning business if your asking ask to have it cleaned ! . This is such a scam and when we called the manager and expressed how we feel and asked her for the… Read full review

I was in over my head with life and decided if I'm willing to spend $$$ on going out to eat then I should be willing to help my sanity by letting someone else clean the things in my house I never make time for. I am here to tell you it was the BEST decision ever!! I should have done this years ago. Thank you!

I have had 5 different cleaning services come through my house and they have by far made my house the cleanest I've seen it in a long time. I appreciate their dedication to what I asked them I really wanted focus on and their diligence to their work. I'm really grateful for the service they provided me with today.

This company is outstanding. I live in NY and needed someone I could trust to clean my elderly brothers house in Fayetteville. They are on time and wore a mask. They were left alone to clean and the family is very happy with the job. Leslie came the 2 nd time and did a wonderful job. The 2 ladies who came to do the… Read full review

The ladies who did a deep clean of our house did an excellent job and showed great attention to the lesser done areas like cleaning baseboards. The house thoroughly was cleaned and met our expectations. Thank you!
