As a Facility Manager who works with multiple service contractors in the area, for my home HVAC I only call Precision. Great rates, honest technicians who are not salesmen.

We continue to use Precision Comfort for our bi-annual preventative maintenance. They perform a thorough job with our air source heat pump system, from cleaning to changing filters to inspecting the outdoor unit. They also provide a good overview of what they did and are easy to work with and schedule. Sean did a nice job most recently.

Arrived ahead of schedule! Called to make sure we’d be home. Biannual service check up, the technician, Garrett was thorough, efficient, friendly, explained the process, and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics, just common sense advice.

Good maintenance and done quickly right before snowstorm
I use PCS routinely for maintenance services for all HVAC components. We also used them to replace our old system for heating and air conditioning which was 16 years old. Logan completed our semiannual service today and was very thorough and professional.
