Precision Garage Door of Boise

Jacob installed a new opener and did general maintenance on my current doors. He was very attentive and fast.

We had a great experience with Carson! He was so polite and took the time to explain what was going on. He stayed until the job was taken care of and I really appreciate the care he took working in our garage! Would recommend Precision Garage door and Carson for sure for any garage door needs in the Boise area!

Nick and Nick provided excellent advice and service and completed the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Our spring broke. The next morning I called several places and Precision Garage Door Service was the only one that would come out on a Sunday without charging us a high emergency fee. The guy showed up within an hour of me calling. He was very friendly and professional. He offered us a couple of options and was… Read full review

I was impressed by the professional, timely service. Carson did an excellent job resetting the garage signals. Precision also provided an ETA and a photo of the service provider ahead of the visit—a thoughtful safety measure.highly recommend.

Great work. Friendly service.

Jacob was friendly and on time. Quick to finish the work. He communicated well, while explaining what was the issue. Our issue was bad springs as seems to be the issue for lower end openers. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to schedule same day and the repairs were made with in 4… Read full review

Jacob was very informative, helpful, and offered only the solutions I needed. I appreciated that he focused on the matter at hand rather than making my current problem bigger than needed.

Carson did a great job and got finished Even a little late because there were some issues he had to correct. He did a great job. Did it very ! Would definitely use him and the company again!

I did leave a review on line. However, I will leave it again. I was amazed that my appointment was made instantly. Nick came out and we discussed what needed done. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Nick had a great disposition and I would certainly use Precision Garage Door Service again and would highly recommend the company.

Precision Door Service was great to work with. Carson Ford the technician was prompt, polite and very professional.

So impressed and grateful for Jacob who came out right away to get me out of a jam with my broken garage door. I’m a teacher and couldn’t leave until the students left and he waited at my door until I could race home. And he came the same day I called. Well done! Thank you!

Jacob did an excellent job replacing my garage door motor.

Service was fast which is what I needed. Cost more than I anticipated however, needed it done asap. Opening a garage door with a snapped spring is impossible for me

Went smooth. Purchased lift master opener, new weather strip for the bottom because rain was coming on and replaced ball bearing rollers. Nick and Nick were great!

The technician was very personal ,knowledgeable, and able to diagnose the problem without recommending upgrades at this time !! Very fair in pricing !!

Jacob let me know before arriving that he was on his way. I really appreciate this feature of Precision's work ethic. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me options. The work was done quickly, and he spent time to explain what was done and the nuances of my new garage door

They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My garage door hardware was over 40 years old so they suggested I buy a new spring, bushings and rollers. Explained the reasons, too. I've never had such a quiet garage door before! It's fantastic!

I have now used precision twice. Both times I was impressed by their customer service. I was able to schedule online and get an appointment on a Saturday. The technicians called before they came. After calling I received a text with tracking information. Once onsite, he diagnosed the problem, provided a clear… Read full review
