Jacob installed a new opener and did general maintenance on my current doors. He was very attentive and fast.

We had a great experience with Carson! He was so polite and took the time to explain what was going on. He stayed until the job was taken care of and I really appreciate the care he took working in our garage! Would recommend Precision Garage door and Carson for sure for any garage door needs in the Boise area!

Jacob was very informative, helpful, and offered only the solutions I needed. I appreciated that he focused on the matter at hand rather than making my current problem bigger than needed.

Went smooth. Purchased lift master opener, new weather strip for the bottom because rain was coming on and replaced ball bearing rollers. Nick and Nick were great!

Sean Smith and his crew did an excellent job replacing the worn out weatherstripping on the bottom of our garage door. They also spent time cleaning tracks and lubricating the the rollers. We call for service and they immediately scheduled for that same day for the service.

Rydge Olin was terrific, professional, helpful and was innovative in figuring out an older garage. Five Stars plus, I highly recommend.

Experienced techs and timely service

My garage door hadn't been checked in quite a while getting really loud so I called Precision to come check it out. Rydge Olin did a great job of going over everything and making suggestions to stop the grinding noise when the door opened and closed. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you, Rydge.

Precision Garage Door did a great job for me. My door was starting to get cranky on wanting to open or close. It was easy to fit them into my schedule and they were quick and efficient. They replaced my door opener and it has held up for 4 months now without a single problem. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very easy to schedule online. Scheduled on a Sunday and they were able to come the next day on Monday. They called us to let us know that they were on their way. Was able to fix the issue without having to come back. We're very happy with their assistance.

Spring broke this morning! Called Precision Doors And they were out here within an hour! Jacob was really good, got everything fixed and working in less than two hours. That was awesome! Thanks Jacob! Highly recommend!

Very good service...however was very quick to cut cost on bearing replacement by 1/2. One would question the original quote of $320 to replace bearings. $160 to replace 2 bearings is still high.

I had nick do my repairs. He was very nice, showed me what was wrong and fixed it all. I was very impressed by him n felt comfortable with his explanation. My door is now quiet and works great.

Showed up at 2pm on a Sunday to fix a broken spring. Replaced both in about 2 hours. About $100 more than I expected but the doors work like new and ease of scheduling on a weekend, quality, and fast response was worth the added cost.

Great service. The door got here when they said it would, install was smooth, and I absolutely love my new door!

Respnse time was great. I needed a new keypad and ended up with recommendations for other potential issues. If I had additional work done i would get a keypad free. I agreed and i got a used keypad free. It works but would like to have been told i would be getting a used one!
