Pat & Dave came out the afternoon we called, determined the issue and replaced our 11-year-old garage seal in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. Don't often give five stars, but they were professional, courteous and friendly and solved our problem the day we asked for help. We were way better off when they left.

Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends!

Called them to repair a broken spring. Able to setup an appointment the same day. Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job inspecting, reviewing options, and repairing the door. Only issue is the price as it ended up being about 2x what was expected.

I called them and they showed up next day! Quoted a new door and we felt it was a fair price for an upgraded quality. Now we are in line to have it installed. Thank you Steve for your time and recommendation to replace rather than repair an old door that’s not worth the cost to repair.

Had issue with Garage door, they send a technician on the same day, Brian came on time and help to fixed it, meanwhile he also inspected the whole system, we also upgraded our 30 years old opener. Everything was done within 2 hours. Very good service!!

Our garage door was making more noise than I thought was normal. Pat and John showed up on time and they showed and explained several issues that were contributing to the noise and causing more damage. They quoted a few options but no pressure. This past Saturday Eric Hathaway was my technician that came out and replaced my garage motor as well as sensors. He was very informative and I also felt like he was reasonable/understanding when it came to prices. Having him break down the options and being very patient with my questions made me feel comfortable with the service being preformed.

This company is a complete rip off trying to take advantage of a seniors and the ignorant.$6000.00 for new parts plus garage door opener. $1600 just to install new opener and nothing else.
