I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Ryan was the technician who installed my new garage door opener, and he was fantastic. He was attentive, personable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision, especially Ryan!

Great same day service from start to finish! Our tech, Ryan S was on time (early actually which I loved!) informative, so friendly and super patient. He explained the options I had witb fixing the issue. I could not recommend this company or technician enough!!

On a Saturday a spring broke, and they were there in a couple of hours.

It took less than three weeks from ordering my doors to installation. The installation crew was top notch. They removed my two 8x7 doors and installed two new doors in just over an hour. It was amazing. Great work, cleanup and communication form the company. I would recommend them without reservation.

Prompt service at a fair price with a Reliable and friendly technician. We called Precision on a Monday morning and by early afternoon our garage door was fixed. Precision will be our go to repair company.

Booked Precision on-line to fix broken spring and reseal around two garage doors. They did an excellent job, excelled at communication and gave a complete estimate before any work was done. VERY pleased with the quality of the work done, the individual they sent to do the repairs and the thoroughness of their cleanup.

When my garage door stopped working I called Precision and they came the next morning. Rob identified the problem right away and told me what needed to replaced and what could wait. This company is the most courteous and professional business that I have ever dealt with and has very reasonable prices! I’m recommending them to anyone who has a garage door!!

Service was quick and professional. Had significant rework of the springs/pulleys, rollers and opener. Works perfectly. A little pricey, but ultimately happy.

Had them come fix issue with door. Inspected and told me what had to be done. No upselling just what was needed to fix issue. Now my door is working much better

Our tech (Luke) did an amazing job making our doors like new again. He also helped select a replacement Liftmaster for our heavily used garage opener. Helped setup all doors on the new MyQ keypad and ensured all our questions were asked. I’d highly recommend Precision and Luke as your technician.
