Had an issue with my garage door, called customer service, who offered to send someone out the next day. John arrived on a Sunday and was so helpful in resolving the problem, at no charge.

I booked the appointment online for Friday 12-4. Said they would contact me via text so I didn’t have to wait around. Luke was here at 11:55 which that never happens! Replacement opener for one garage and a reset on the second. Problems solved! Isaac was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The whole process from the initial late night call was efficient and professional, leading to resolution of my garage door problem the following morning. Isaac was great, diagnosing the problem, presenting different options for my older system, and fixing the problem all within about an hour.

Great communication! About arrival time as well as the process to evaluate what was needed. Three options were presented with clear explanations of each. Our technician, Tommy, was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I got excellent service from Luis Rodriguez from Precision Garage Door. He diagnosed and fixed my immediate issue and evaluated my current setup and gave me suggestions for possibly upgrading all my hardware, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, capable and courteous. I called precision, garage door service in the morning and by early afternoon my repair was complete. John, my service technician, was professional, friendly and timely. He let me know exactly what needed to be done, as well as helpful upgrades that could be completed. I will be using precision in the future to make garage door modifications.

I have to give praise to Nick Urena the lift installer. This guy is a keepr. His explanation and work ethic are most commendable. It's rare today to find a dedicated technician like Nick .
