Hixson was my technician. He called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was honest and recommended what I needed to replace. I live down by the water and my sensors were damaged. He only needed to replace one of them. He then raised them 1 foot off the floor to avoid water damage. I would highly recommend Precision.

We called Precision when our garage door cables snapped and the oversized door was too heavy for us to open it manually. The technician that handled our job, Jason Elcock was professional, knowledgeable and a very nice gentleman! Everything was done far quicker than I expected. He explained every step and all was addressed and fixed.

Our technician was knowledgeable, time efficient and very courteous. He took the time to explain the problem and provided options for repair.

The installers came on time. Did the installation within the timeframe they estimated. They siowed me how to set the code and we tested the door together. All good!
