Company was available quickly to replace a broken motor. Brendan was very helpful in choosing the right replacement and in getting everything setup. Job was done quickly, and neatly.

Hixson was my technician. He called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was honest and recommended what I needed to replace. I live down by the water and my sensors were damaged. He only needed to replace one of them. He then raised them 1 foot off the floor to avoid water damage. I would highly recommend Precision.

We called Precision when our garage door cables snapped and the oversized door was too heavy for us to open it manually. The installers came on time. Did the installation within the timeframe they estimated. They siowed me how to set the code and we tested the door together. All good!

John was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. It was a pleasure to have him repair the springs, cables , hardware & new opener. Very professional work.

You guys were amazing today. Service in one day is virtually unheard of and you accomplished it. Shane was an excellent technician and knew exactly how to fix my garage door!
