Hixson was my technician. He called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was honest and recommended what I needed to replace. I live down by the water and my sensors were damaged. Overall very happy with my experience. I was able to schedule an appointment for same-day service, and the technician who came to my home was knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Precision installed our garage doors 8 years ago and I haven’t had any problems. I had Jeffrey do some regular maintenance today since my husband took out a sensor with a car and he was thorough and friendly. It was easy to book online and easy to get a quick appointment. I will definitely use them in the future.

The service technician were very competent and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process from pricing to the actual work being done. They also keep me in the loop prior to there arrival and who was going to do the job, which even included back ground information on the technician.
