Great service and fast
Excellent service very reasonable price Highly recommended
Precision Garage Door is a company that can be trusted to do an excellent job. I phoned them first thing in the morning and they were able to set me up with the same day appointment. The technician Bradley actually came early and quickly determined what the issues were with my doors. Surprisingly, what I thought was…
Brendon explained the problems he could see in a way I could understand. Work done by a fly-by-night contractor was replaced. Both doors work MUCH better now.
Great service at an affordable price!
Serviceman was helpful in describing what can and cannot be done in terms of garage door mechanism.
Joern came to our house in less than an hour after we called. He quickly installed a new opener and matched an old remote for another. He was professional, smart, efficient and friendly. We also received a first responder discount. I was very impressed and grateful to have them repair our garage doors.
Great communication regarding both the appointment and the repair!
Ravon Johnson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was absolutely clear with what needed to be done. He is greatly appreciated with the observance of the real issues at hand. I would give him 90 stars if possible ! Excellent person to work with.!!
Josh has been our tech on our door, and he recommended a new unit. Great idea, and after installing, runs so smoothly and quiet. We are pleased with his work and professional service. Thanks Josh and we keep you updated if anything happens.

The service provider arrived within the designated window. He was fast and efficient. He explained the services provided and noted there was no outstanding issues. He did discuss that the garage door motor was past end of life but seemed fine .
The entire experience from start to finish was AMAZING! I wish I knew more people that needed garage doors. They were kind, respectful, and professional, and even swept and cleaned up the garage better than they found it. I am more than just a little bit happy. Thank you!
Met with Taylor and he was great! Very knowledgeable and walked through all the options. Best of all, our garage door has never been working better, thanks Taylor!

Great technician. Friendly and gave a great overview of work needed and options including cost options and reasons pro and con for different options. Efficient worker, a pleasure to have on the job.
Garage doors installed. Sushi the technician was poetry in motion. Organized, deliberate, and concise. He was so fluid with no wasted steps or actions. He was always moving and so precise. Extremely satisfied with the initial consultation and with the installation of a new garage door and opener. The installer did a great job with the installation and instructions. On time and finished within 5 hours. Would have no hesitation in using this company again. Only complaint is having to listen to their music while on telephone hold.
Nathan was my service tech. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything thing in easy to understand terms. Gave me options for repairs or replacement. Truthful and honest communication. Hard and diligent worker. Polite and respectful.
Sean butts was fabulous, professional and friendly
Thank you Jesse for quickly repairing my very old and finicky garage door sensor. Great customer service - above and beyond! My mornings yelling at the garage door not closing are long gone thanks to you 🙌
Garage door replacement was perfect. Technician came on time, installed the door and even had to move our opener so that it was in the middle of the door, which wasn’t on the original estimate. Price for the door replacement couldn’t be beat, even by the Costco contractor. Couldn’t be happier with Precision Garage Door Service
This is the only company that I've used for my needs. The technicians are professional, gave excellent evaluation of my problems, and completed the repairs efficiently. I would recommend Precision Door Service for both upgrade installations and maintenance needs.
This was a great experience. From calling and setting an appointment to getting the estimate to the finish product they were so easy to work with. Didn’t waste my time. Meric and Dakota came to repair/service our garage door/opener. It ended up needing an extensive repair. They gave us three options and provided their recommended option which is the one we chose. Seamless experience. Quick and informative. Sean was great.
After being scammed twice by local internet garage door repairs companies, I decided on a company that advertised on TV and had a good reputation and track record. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience Sean and his coworker gave to refixing the shoddy work the scammers did. The price was fair and…

Precision garage door came out to my house within a few hours of when I originally called. The service person Taylor, was polite and funny and efficient- he fixed the thing and all was good in my little home again.
Great communication, arrived on time. We would highly recommend and use again!
My mom was having major issues with her garage door — loud grinding noises, stopping mid-operation, and becoming unreliable enough that she was honestly scared to use it. Another company came out previously and immediately pushed her toward replacing the entire door, quoting a minimum of $3,500 for what, frankly,…
Chris was/is simply amazing and the door looks amazing and their customer service was perfection!
Great
I called Precision Garage Door to come fix issues with my door after another company I hired did such a poor job and made the situation even worse than what it was. The technician Tarak came and evaluated what was needed and did a great job fixing our door. He is very professional and personable and a definite asset to Precision Garage Door.

Door stopped working. The tech fixed it and knew exactly what to do. Great experience on behalf of the tech and great service!
Great and super fast service, got my old door up and running the next day.
Precision Garage is a very customer focused service organization. They do a wonderful job. Their technicians are skilled in both the technical aspect of the job and also very oriented towards excellent customer service. I was referred to them by another business (Eastside Pest Control) and I know why now. They are…
Taylor was the consummate garage door consultant. Enuf said!
Great service and friendly. Super punctual.
The initial consultation was very informative and answered all our questions. The installation was done well and even more extensive than we had expected! The technician was knowledgeable, and communicated very effectively! We are most pleased with the products recommended and how quietly the new door operates. Thank you, Precision
Good response time (appointment just 48 hours out) for Garage Door Repair (spring, cable, wheels, etc. replacement). Friendly and very professional. Excellent work done quickly! However... Unless one purchasing this often, one never knows what the "going rate" may be. That being said, all three of the options…

We had a door that was sticking and making a racket when opened. It took the people from Precision just minutes to figure out the problem and then just a few more to fix the problem. We are very happy with the prompt and professional work from the people at Precision Garage Door Service.
Chris and his trainee were great. They came and determined the issues with our garage doors and were back in a couple of days to fix the issues. The results were amazing and our repaired doors are safer and very quiet.
Very reasonable and explains everything.
After calling to request service of a malfunctioning door opener, I received same day service. Tech Justin pointed out door opener was 20 years old (which I had already determined), and felt it due for replacement. I've supervised repair of machinery for 45 years, and had no problem agreeing with his thought. He had…
Rapid response, understood my problem and what upgrades made sense. No hassle, super fast. I'd easily call them again, if i had a new garage.
Great service and really great tech person. Reasonable price and fast service. No complaints.
The springs in our garage door opener broke and fortunately it was fully covered under our warranty from when the original work was done 10 years ago. The service person was on time, very courteous and fixed the problem just as promised. They have great store hours as well—open until 11:00 pm!
