Lucas was right on time and very helpful in resolving our issues. He fixed the problems and gave us clear options and estimates for work we might need done in the future to keep our garage door functioning well.
Sean was out to service the garage door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He replaced some parts and made sure garage door opener and keyless entry were in working order. Would highly recommend!
First time using Precision Door. What a great experience and TJ the tech was just a great guy. They had given a time window of 4 hrs, but arrived on the front side of the time window. They have online scheduling, that actually works, great prices and were at my house the next day. Precision is now on my refrigerator as my go to garage door service.
Excellent and professional service End-to-end. Chris was awesome. Perfect installation.
I very stupidly backed into my partially closed garage door. Within a half hour from my call to Precision Doors, Tayler arrived with a friendly knock and quickly assessed the damages and gave me a quote. I found the quote reasonable and to my surprise, Tayler was prepared to fix it on the spot. I expected to get a…
Rapid same day service with excellent communication
Easy to book an appointment online. Next day service was available. Technician, Nathan, showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Got the job done right and didn’t push to upsell. Very pleased!
Brendon explained the problems he could see in a way I could understand. Work done by a fly-by-night contractor was replaced. Both doors work MUCH better now.
Great service at an affordable price!
Justin did a great job, tuned up both of our garage doors and was very pleasant to work with.
Ravon showed up on time and did a great job assessing and proposing a package to fix and correct repair work done previously by another very bad company. He stayed throughout the day to ensure my job was complete and done well. I especially appreciate his attention to quality, detail and ensuring the wiring and…
Joern came to our house in less than an hour after we called. He quickly installed a new opener and matched an old remote for another. He was professional, smart, efficient and friendly. We also received a first responder discount. I was very impressed and grateful to have them repair our garage doors.
Great communication regarding both the appointment and the repair!
A Precision Garage Door tech came to my home to do a $30 inspection. He found my 26-year-old garage door opener needed replacement. He did the replacement that afternoon along with some other replacement and maintenance items. He was courteous and professional and kept me informed of the progress.
The keypad had stopped working and we ended up being Taylor's first stop the next morning. Taylor was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly replace the keypad and also replace worn rollers. The garage is much quieter now and we can get in!
Excellent service, Ravon did a great job and got the door balanced out and moving the quietest it’s ever been. A little expensive but great service
My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. Ravon showed up the same day that I contacted them. He showed up at the time he said he would. He gave me a detailed quote about replacing my springs. After giving him the go-ahead to replace the springs, he answered a few more questions that I had. I changed…
Fantastic first-time experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Johnny Hernandez arrived ready to help solve the problems with our older garage door system. He was a great troubleshooter, found the issues needing repair and replacement, and did the work as laid out clearly to me. Professional, responsible and…
They wanted $1600 to install cheapest door lift, gave me option to buy my own $239 +$399 to install, saved $1000 buying my own unit and just paying for install. Wyatt was great tehc.
We had a spring break on our garage door on a Friday morning, and Taylor was able to come out that afternoon. What's more, although they gave us a three-hour window, he came even a little early and got the project done quickly and well. We were grateful not to have to wait over the weekend to get the door fixed!
Great work by Christopher to respond to a broken garage door spring and calmly explain my options and complete the repair within an hour. Garage door is quieter and more steady and looks good for the next decade. Would work with them again
Technician was on time, very professional, and helped explain what our door needed. The work was done within hours and we couldn't be happier.
Had Chris out to service my very wonky garage door. He quoted me a reasonable price to get me operational, and worked fast to get it done. Runs smooth and reliably now. Got a good quote to replace the door since it had some serious, unrepairable issues. Placed that order too.
Ravon came out to review garage door status, and discussed repair options as well as door replacement. I opted for the repair. Ravon discussed repair steps in detail. He performed the work quickly. I found Ravon to be very personable as well as extremely professional. Precision Garage Door Service is henceforth my…
Met with Taylor and he was great! Very knowledgeable and walked through all the options. Best of all, our garage door has never been working better, thanks Taylor!
They came within just a couple of hours of my contacting them and the service guy was very thorough. Not only is the door working again but it’s quiet! No more rattling and clanging as it goes up and down
Justin was amazing. He reached out and offered to come out the same evening I requested an appointment rather than waiting for the scheduled slot the following day. He had the parts on hand and was able to get my garage working again quickly. Highly recommend.
Made the call for service this morning and Ravon called within 15 minutes to say he’d be here in 15 minutes. He was. He quickly analyzed the issues with the doors, drew up a plan to fix them, explained it to me and got me a 10% discount for military service, and began working when I gave him the go-ahead. He…

Quick, efficient and explained everything I needed to know going forward. Kudo's to Jesse
Great technician. Friendly and gave a great overview of work needed and options including cost options and reasons pro and con for different options. Efficient worker, a pleasure to have on the job.
Extremely satisfied with the initial consultation and with the installation of a new garage door and opener. The installer did a great job with the installation and instructions. On time and finished within 5 hours. Would have no hesitation in using this company again. Only complaint is having to listen to their music while on telephone hold.
We had a complete overhaul of our garage doors. The job was done correctly, quickly and the added wi-fi feature is a plus.
Was able to get very quick weekend service via their online booking process. I also had to call ahead to make some other arrangements. Everything went perfect.
They were so professional and friendly! I would definitely use them again and again….
Garage door replacement was perfect. Technician came on time, installed the door and even had to move our opener so that it was in the middle of the door, which wasn’t on the original estimate. Price for the door replacement couldn’t be beat, even by the Costco contractor. Couldn’t be happier with Precision Garage Door Service
This was a great experience. From calling and setting an appointment to getting the estimate to the finish product they were so easy to work with. Didn’t waste my time. Even the office staff made it easy to set everything up. The installers were professional, efficient, and committed to doing a good job. I am really…

I came home from a challenging day to a garage door that moved less than an inch. Went inside and suspected a broken spring. This was at 3:00. The installation was so well done and we trust them with helping us continue to improve the longevity of our home.
Professional, knowledgeable & efficient.
Great communication, arrived on time. We would highly recommend and use again!
My mom was having major issues with her garage door — loud grinding noises, stopping mid-operation, and becoming unreliable enough that she was honestly scared to use it. Another company came out previously and immediately pushed her toward replacing the entire door, quoting a minimum of $3,500 for what, frankly,…
Chris was/is simply amazing and the door looks amazing and their customer service was perfection!
Have used Precision Garage Door for over 20 years. They can usually arrive within a day, and get the job accomplished quickly. Their prices are reasonable.
This is the third time I have used Precision for garage door repairs. Each and every time they have come right out, been very polite and professional, and done great work. I won’t hesitate to sue them again if needed and would highly recommend them. Christopher Tiffany was the technician that responded this time, and he was fantastic!
Technician was awesome, knowledgeable and punctual. Installed 2 compression springs and lubed some things. It was a Sunday install... Job took 45 minutes and I could have done if i could have gotten the springs. $871 total cost. WOW!!! Springs cost $100 at DIY store.
I highly recommend working with Precision Garage Door Service. Taylor G. did a fantastic job with my tune up. Taylor was the consummate garage door consultant. Enuf said!
Took longer than expected due to mismeasurement of upper door frame by 1st representative. Technician was able to resolve the problems and make the adjustments needed. With his follow on appointments it probably made for a long evening for him. We are satisfied with the doors and the work done.
Robert Mathews of Precision Door Service did an excellent job of diagnosing my door opener issue. My door opener was 21 years old and intermittently losing electrical power. Robert said it was probably the coil in the motor shorting out. I asked to replace the unit, and within two hours I had a new Genie unit…

We called them to fix our commercial garage door which they did and also pointed out some other issues and fixed those as well.
Precision installed a new garage door opener for me. I asked to replace my old unit with one that was was significantly quieter, reliable, and could connect to wi-fi. They installed the PDS 370 (Marantec Synergy 370), new ball-bearing rollers, and full lubrication. I was impressed with how quiet the new unit was! My…
Brock came out and put in some work on my door. He was able to review the problem, identify root cause and present a solution that made sense. Super Friendly Tech came out to our condo complex and fixed our problem in less than an hour, for much less than a previous vendor had quoted. Thanks Dion for being awesome!
What a stand up company! I’d previously been quoted a $6k estimate to fix a LiftMaster gate. Jeff showed up and fixed the issue on the spot - all for the price of a service call. What a great guy - honest, and an expert at what he does. Finding a reputable, honest company today is difficult. Kudos to…

We have had Precision come out twice in the last five years to install a new opener and then to repair a broken spring. The opener was quick and easy. We received the quote and five minutes later the install occurred. The most recent service was to repair a damaged spring. Precision was able to come out the next day…
Second time I have used Precision, this time on ~20 year old doors…from first discussion to scheduling to onsite to total cost Precision is simply great. I wish there were Plummers and electricians who were as ‘on it’ as they are. In my case (I had a busted spring and coil wires that jumped off the hub) they had…

Carl R. is one of the best garage technicians I have encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and highly competent. He did a great job installing aluminum weather seals on my garage doors. The job was clean, well executed and he ensured the garage doors were perfectly sealed and adjusted before he left. 5-stars all around!
Quick and effective service. Friendly technicians respectful of working in someone's home (built-in garage). Have used them before, would use them again (sort of a once-every-ten-years thing).
Absolutely fantastic job!! First time I see someone comes to repair something and does a flawless job and leaves with nothing for us to worry about.
