The vehicle was brought in for a vibration issue at highway speeds. That condition was ccured by doing a road force balance on all 4 wheels. The routine courtesy inspection found the rear brake caliper slides were seized. New brakes in the rear fixed that. I was kept well informed of the progress. I will gladly use precision Imports again.

I received a coupon in the mail for a discount on an oil change. I thought I would give these guys a try. Very happy with the results. My favorite part is that they held very solid to the appointment time. They respected that my time is valuable. Quality service done quickly. I liked it so much that I came back for an oil change on my second car!
