I can't say enough about Precision Imports they're the best .Took my VW to dealer and they had no answer how to fix my problem of misfires.Precision fixed my problem and I'm very happy !! They treat you with the utmost respect and provide a loaner and were always updating me.I am sold on doing business with them. Very polite owner and employees!
Have worked with Precision since 2003 servicing and upgrading a wide range of cars: Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Mazda, GMC, etc. Excellent technical skills, customer service. Trustworthy and accountable. Highly recommend.
I will only take my vehicles to Precision. It’s worth the piece of mind knowing the work will be done correctly. Plus they have Austin and he’s just the best!
Patrick and Gretchen are fantastic. The service is impeccable, they do great work, and keep your car clean. They take care of you and your car, the right way. Edit: I have been going to them since 2009. You can tell they take pride in their work, every one of the team seems to be so happy to work there! Update: We…
Great service!
Highly experienced mechanics. Quality work.
The entire team at Precision Imports is 5 stars. They have taken care of my antique mercesdez (and me with accommodating appointments and rides) for decades, and I won't take this vehicle to any other auto shop. Thanks again Patrick
We won’t take our vehicle to anyone else, estimates were followed and they gave us a full rundown of what needed to be done, along with pictures of what needed to be fixed. The staff has always been top notch and extremely professional!
I first started using Precision when it was clear that the service costs for both VW and Audi dealerships would be too expensive and too far away for convenience. The level of service and care the staff at Precision provide is exceptional. (Josh and Austin are funny too) For example... recently I was having my VW…
My 2020 Toyota Corolla started having issues and my cousin recommend this place. Not only were they able to take my car in same day but after we briefly described was what was going on with it and just a few hours later they called me and told me it was all set! Plus they gave my car a wash! Oh and it was very nice…
The staff is so professional, friendly and accommodating. I am happy to recommend them.
Brought my Audi to have a diagnosis done for an oil leak. They said it was my turbo, $3,500.00 that was fine I paid it. Went to pick my car up they said they completed the work it should be running good gave me the keys. About a week later my oil light came on, went to open the hood couldn't cause they broke the…
I have visited Precision Imports several times since trying them for my vehicle repairs and maintenance needs last year. We had a difficult to diagnose and time-consuming repair involving my fuel injectors. I was able to keep a (free) loaner car for several days which was a big help. Everyone at Precision has…
These guys are the best! I would never hesitate taking my Porsche’s there for service. They thorough and professional.
The check engine light on my BMW has been an issue coming on monthly. It takes time to diagnosis but precision did it!
Fantastic! We always take our cars here and always receive the best service! We love that we can see updates on how far along they are in the service and any issues they may find. They are also honest about what needs to be repaired or serviced right now or what can wait. Austin and team are the very best!
very good accurate estimates and time frame for work schedule.
Since grade school days I’ve always heard great things about precision and over the years seeing Porsches, Masarati’s, Bentleys and more in there lot solidified the thought in my mind that these guys take auto repairs serious So when it came time for my own vehicle to need certain things I didn’t consider making a…
Love Precision Imports! They live up to their name and excel at what they do in every aspect. My hard top convertible top was jammed half open recently. They delayed closing the shop until I could get the car dropped off. This unscheduled repair was resolved the very next day, talk about good service!
I've been taking my vehicles to Precision for over 30 years. They have always done a great job.
Precision Imports goes the extra mile to please their customers. They treat the customer's car as their own and are very respectful. Pleasure doing business with Precision Imports. Great Job!!
Precision Imports provides both excellent work and excellent customer service. Their team is outstanding. I have been servicing my Mercedes here for years after a friend recommended them to me and I would now never take my car any where else!
We have been using Precision Imports for over 5 years for both our BMW's. Always great service for a fair price.
