Precision Imports

Everyone is SO very nice and helpful! I don’t like to play favorites but Austin is our favorite. It is always positive and pleasant interactions/experiences at Precision.

I have been extremely pleased with Precision Imports over the years. I started going to them in 2020 with my Supra and still go to them now. Their excellent customer service, timely updates, hardworking employees, friendliness, and checkins on your vehicle make them an easy choice to bring your vehicle to. Austin… Read full review

Fast and courteous service. Corrected several issues following inspection including a wheel rim replacement.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Precision Imports. They deal with my car professionally and make any service quick and convenient.

These guys are the best of the best. Greatest customer service, easy to talk to and super helpful! 👍

Had another great 5 star interaction with PI once again. Regular maintenance, help with getting (hopefully) a new convertible top and thoroughly checked some issues I thought I was having, given a clean bill of health. Great company, very trustworthy and full of integrity!! Thanks all and especially Austin for the perfect amount of communication

We've been using Precision Imports for years and they never disappoint! Quality work, reasonable cost and honest service. Our Porsche 911 will only go here! Thank you Patrick for the years of excellent customer service!

I brought my x3 and they did an amazing job at half of the cost of the dealership! Just purchased a x5 and will be bringing there as well!

I recommend this place to any one with a foreign…Austin is the man very attentive and honest service and communication service second to none…

I first started using Precision when it was clear that the service costs for both VW and Audi dealerships would be too expensive and too far away for convenience. The level of service and care the staff at Precision provide is exceptional. (Josh and Austin are funny too) For example... recently I was having my VW… Read full review

You have an amazing business and the reason for that is your people. I am a raving fan. Thank you for building a wonderful business that cares about your employees and customers.

I have been going to Precision Imports for about 3 years, prior to that I used the Mercedes dealership. Their work is excellent, the customer service is great, their prices are fair and they wash and vacuum the car after service. I highly recommend them.

Just an oil change while I waited. Good folks and I like how they give the car a "once-over" to ensure all is AOK. The oil change was quick and reasonably priced.

These guys are the best! I would never hesitate taking my Porsche’s there for service. They thorough and professional.
