Precision Imports

Everyone is SO very nice and helpful! I don’t like to play favorites but Austin is our favorite. It is always positive and pleasant interactions/experiences at Precision.

Have worked with Precision since 2003 servicing and upgrading a wide range of cars: Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Mazda, GMC, etc. Excellent technical skills, customer service. Trustworthy and accountable. Highly recommend.

Precision Imports is a phenomenal automotive care facility. They have taken care of all of my car needs promptly and professionally. I strongly recommend their services to everybody! Daniel.

Patrick and Gretchen are fantastic. The service is impeccable, they do great work, and keep your car clean. They take care of you and your car, the right way. Edit: I have been going to them since 2009. You can tell they take pride in their work, every one of the team seems to be so happy to work there! Update: We… Read full review

I really like how they keep me informed when unusual circumstances arise when performing the service that was asked and I appreciate checks on other items on the car to give me a heads up on items that may need something done now or in the not too distant future.

They do exactly what the say they are going to do and do so professionally a with curtesy.

Highly knowledgeable and helpful technicians, I always get great service there, would recommend them to anyone. Wouldn’t trust my BMW to any other shop.

Absolutely great service and customer relations. They have been around for at least 25+ years and definitely know their business while keeping the quality up and the cost down in comparison to many foreign car dealerships in the Manchester area. TOP NOTCH across the board!

I was extremely pleased with both the level of service and professionalism exhibited by Precision Imports with my Audi. As a repeat customer, I have found that Precision Imports is a very serious alternative to dealer service. From the courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff to the highly skilled and… Read full review

We won’t take our vehicle to anyone else, estimates were followed and they gave us a full rundown of what needed to be done, along with pictures of what needed to be fixed. The staff has always been top notch and extremely professional!

You have an amazing business and the reason for that is your people. I am a raving fan. Thank you for building a wonderful business that cares about your employees and customers.

The service center was great from front desk to brake service! I will 100% be returning to Precision Imports.

Since moving to North Manchester a year ago, I have been using Precision Imports for my BMW’s maintenance and repairs. Always extremely satisfied with the work and customer service they provide. I also really like the check ins that I receive when something is getting close. It keeps me on track. I highly recommend Precision Imports.

These guys are the best! I would never hesitate taking my Porsche’s there for service. They thorough and professional.

A team of real professionals and experts. I trust them to perform any repair including complex/major engine repairs.

Great shop, very friendly and accommodating. The only shop I’ll bring any if my vehicles to. Better than dealerships

Everyone is absolutely outstanding at this shop. Honest, straightforward and their services are priced fairly. It is rare to find a mechanic that is not only priced fairly but also delivers quality, they do both! I have been using their services for two years now and I am very grateful for the experience they create.

We’ve been going to Precision for a number of years and they always do excellent work at a fair price. We trust Patrick and his team; they are professional & honest. We moved away but still come back to visit family, so have necessary work done when we are in town. It doesn’t hurt that you get your ‘baby’ back all sparkling clean either!

We have been using Precision to work on three different Porsches, an Audi A7 and a Toyoto Forerunner since moving here from NJ 16 years ago. We have always found them reliable, accommodating, cost competitive and friendly. A great shop with great people and service.

Love Precision Imports! They live up to their name and excel at what they do in every aspect. My hard top convertible top was jammed half open recently. They delayed closing the shop until I could get the car dropped off. This unscheduled repair was resolved the very next day, talk about good service!

I was not happy with the services I received at another repair facility and a colleague suggested I try this place. I had a lot of work done on the car but their honesty and professionalism was appreciated. The work they did on my car was extensive but it rides as if it was new. There was a last minute repair that… Read full review

I always have excellent and professional service at Precision Imports. They have been taking care of my car for a few years now. Highly recommended!

Precision Imports provides both excellent work and excellent customer service. Their team is outstanding. I have been servicing my Mercedes here for years after a friend recommended them to me and I would now never take my car any where else!

This place is AMAZING. I was waiting on a quote from another shop and had received a mailer from Precision and decided to try them out. I’m SO glad I did. After my service I even got a text from Patrick the owner making sure everything was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend going here. I’ve even mentioned it to others… Read full review

Amazingly friendly people. They take photos and add comments to an online app and you can approve through app too. Kept me informed every step of the way and were completely flexible. Often these places are intimidating and unfriendly. Not these guys.

We now bring both of our vehicles (BMW/Honda). Patrick and his team are great and do not try to upsell you.

Josh and Austin (the whole team, really!) at Precision Imports are top notch. They are professional, courteous and experts in their fields. I've taken two of my cars there and they have a quick turnaround service. Their prices are competitive and I really value their excellent customer service. They always seem… Read full review
