Precision Imports

Finding a shop that works on/specializes in European makes is tough, but I’m so glad I found Precision Imports. I initially called with one concern and ended up having them scan my vehicle for several other small concerns and was happy with the feedback. Austin Sevigny was thorough, kind, educated, had excellent… Read full review

I have been using Precision Import for past 17 years to maintain my Mercedes 380SL. Great group of guys. Very Highly trained. Excellent quality work. Best foreign car repair shop in the area.

Have worked with Precision since 2003 servicing and upgrading a wide range of cars: Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Mazda, GMC, etc. Excellent technical skills, customer service. Trustworthy and accountable. Highly recommend.

Always Awesome Service. Fast and reliable and reasonably priced. They always work with me to get my car delivered early at an affordable price. Thank you for all your hard work!

Patrick and Gretchen are fantastic. The service is impeccable, they do great work, and keep your car clean. They take care of you and your car, the right way. Edit: I have been going to them since 2009. You can tell they take pride in their work, every one of the team seems to be so happy to work there! Update: We… Read full review

GREAT service! Very friendly and very thorough!

Precision Imports in Manchester NH is fantastic! Most professional people and business I have ever worked with! The owner and staff are top notch! They took care of my vehicle break down while I was stranded and traveling. They kept me informed and even sent a car to pick us up at the airport. Thanks Again Patrick and your super team!

The entire team at Precision Imports is 5 stars. They have taken care of my antique mercesdez (and me with accommodating appointments and rides) for decades, and I won't take this vehicle to any other auto shop. Thanks again Patrick

These guys are the best! I would never hesitate taking my Porsche’s there for service. They thorough and professional.

Patrick and his team are excellent. High-end vehicles, nice facility and friendly, professional service. It’s the only place around I will be taking my ride. Thanks guys, A++

I've been taking my vehicles to Precision for over 30 years. They have always done a great job.

Horrible customer service and I really feel like they took advantage of a female who knows nothing about cares she went for simple battery recharge and reprogram and now car is doing 4 things it wasn’t before I brought it in, when I call they laugh and tell her to pay again for diagnostic again and that’s all they can do it’s insane

I recently brought my 1986 Mercedes SL560 to have several items repaired. The folks we’re extremely professional and helpful, especially Austin and Josh. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I would highly recommend Precision Imports Thanks for job well done Don Wilson
