Great service from the beginning to the end. Very friendly staff and great mechanics.
I received a coupon in the mail for a discount on an oil change. I thought I would give these guys a try. Very happy with the results. My favorite part is that they held very solid to the appointment time. They respected that my time is valuable. Quality service done quickly. I liked it so much that I came back for an oil change on my second car!
Took my 2005 Porsche Boxster S to Precision Imports as I was tired of the nonchalant attitude of Porsche Nashua. Excellent customer support. Professional technicians. I've made the switch.
Precision Imports was kind enough to squeeze me in for an oil change and even honored a coupon that I wasn’t able to print. Like all shops, they’ll try to push some extra services, so just be skeptical.
Everyone is SO very nice and helpful! I don’t like to play favorites but Austin is our favorite. It is always positive and pleasant interactions/experiences at Precision.
Have worked with Precision since 2003 servicing and upgrading a wide range of cars: Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Mazda, GMC, etc. Excellent technical skills, customer service. Trustworthy and accountable. Highly recommend.
I have been using Precision for years. I have several BMW products (mini cooper, 328i) but they also have done work on my former vehicle (Audi a6) and my work vehicle (Nissan Rogue). Patrick, Nate, Ken and the rest of the team are extremely helpful. Most recently my friend needed an oils change of her Mini and the…
Great customer service and Quality of work. My CH-R running better than ever!
Friendly staff, great communication and customer service. Very knowledgeable with my Audi S5. Shop is clean and professional. Cleaned my car in and out as well after the repairs.
The mechanics at Precision know what they are doing! They did an amazing job on my Porsche and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Their service is impeccable and they are very nice. Austin is the best service advisor!
I have been extremely pleased with Precision Imports over the years. I started going to them in 2020 with my Supra and still go to them now. Their excellent customer service, timely updates, hardworking employees, friendliness, and checkins on your vehicle make them an easy choice to bring your vehicle to. Austin…
Easy online appointment process and online estimate approval. Great service on both my daily driver and my street/track car.
Precision Imports is a phenomenal automotive care facility. They have taken care of all of my car needs promptly and professionally. I strongly recommend their services to everybody! Daniel.
As efficient as always. Took my Appointment even though it was short notice. Did the SI without any discussion, thus saving me a trip next month to get it done.
The customer service at Precision Imports is outstanding.
These guys are the best of the best. Greatest customer service, easy to talk to and super helpful! 👍
Had another great 5 star interaction with PI once again. Regular maintenance, help with getting (hopefully) a new convertible top and thoroughly checked some issues I thought I was having, given a clean bill of health. Great company, very trustworthy and full of integrity!! Thanks all and especially Austin for the perfect amount of communication
Patrick and Gretchen are fantastic. The service is impeccable, they do great work, and keep your car clean. They take care of you and your car, the right way. Edit: I have been going to them since 2009. You can tell they take pride in their work, every one of the team seems to be so happy to work there! Update: We…
I really like how they keep me informed when unusual circumstances arise when performing the service that was asked and I appreciate checks on other items on the car to give me a heads up on items that may need something done now or in the not too distant future.
I took my 2006 Toyota Corolla to Precision Imports for over 5 years. They were always great, and when I gave that car to my daughter, they ensured everything was just as it should be to get her safely to New Mexico despite its age and milage. Over the years, many things broke which they fixed, including the…
We've been using Precision Imports for years and they never disappoint! Quality work, reasonable cost and honest service. Our Porsche 911 will only go here! Thank you Patrick for the years of excellent customer service!
guys did a great job going through my car. They are quick with the turn around time to get my car back to me. Loaner car is a great service.
Great service!
I’ve been taking my vehicles to precision for a few years now and every time I leave I always have trust in there team. There all very kind and have always given me updates on what’s going on and if they find any issues. Super great company!
This is the best automotive shop in the southern NH area for vintage car service. They have gone above and beyond the usual service level helping me source parts for my 1990 Jaguar XJS.
I always have the best service and very friendly staff and I know i'm getting good work on my car and not grease all over my steering wheel. The thing like best I know my car is in good hands
Precision Imports is excellent! They are professionally skilled and offer great service. Extremely well run business that has been around for years and has a great reputation.
Friendly staff, quality workmanship, always accommodating to customer needs! Wonderful to do business with!
The entire team at Precision Imports is 5 stars. They have taken care of my antique mercesdez (and me with accommodating appointments and rides) for decades, and I won't take this vehicle to any other auto shop. Thanks again Patrick
Always top notch service with this shop. Highly recommend!
I've used Precision Imports for over 20 years, for most of my imported car maintenance and repair. They have the best customer service and always do a great job at the best price.
First time going, recommended by a friend. Friendly staff, detailed quote and an overview of what needed fixing and what to keep an eye on. No pressure and no upselling.
Let Me start with the service Manager Josh Wetherbee his knowledge and amazing customer service skills alone were nothing short of Phenomenal. he guided me thru the work my vehicle needed. advised what I could do to ensure it keeps running amazingly. the work completed was fantastic. My truck drives like new. Thank…
We won’t take our vehicle to anyone else, estimates were followed and they gave us a full rundown of what needed to be done, along with pictures of what needed to be fixed. The staff has always been top notch and extremely professional!
These guys are awesome! I have had my 99 Boxster serviced here multiple times now, and it always drives flawlessly after. Great customer service and fast.
I first started using Precision when it was clear that the service costs for both VW and Audi dealerships would be too expensive and too far away for convenience. The level of service and care the staff at Precision provide is exceptional. (Josh and Austin are funny too) For example... recently I was having my VW…
You have an amazing business and the reason for that is your people. I am a raving fan. Thank you for building a wonderful business that cares about your employees and customers.
Always excellent service! Very satisfied with staff and management.
Precision Imports delivers courteous, professional, quality service.
Just an oil change while I waited. Good folks and I like how they give the car a "once-over" to ensure all is AOK. The oil change was quick and reasonably priced.
No issues. Rep’s we’re courteous and professional
Josh in the office is great to deal with, and Nate does fantastic work. I know I can trust them! My car always comes back clean and in good shape. I've used Precision Imports for over 10 years. Their work is exceptional!
Nop notch auto repair and fantastic customer service.
I have an STI that I’ve never let anyone work on besides myself or trust subaru dealership, but for the first time since purchasing the vehicle I took it to Precision Imports for work to be done. Since moving to North Manchester a year ago, I have been using Precision Imports for my BMW’s maintenance and repairs. Always extremely satisfied with the work and customer service they provide. I also really like the check ins that I receive when something is getting close. It keeps me on track. I highly recommend Precision Imports.
These guys are the best! I would never hesitate taking my Porsche’s there for service. They thorough and professional.
They always do a great job on my vehicles
Fantastic! We always take our cars here and always receive the best service! We love that we can see updates on how far along they are in the service and any issues they may find. They are also honest about what needs to be repaired or serviced right now or what can wait. Austin and team are the very best!
Everyone is absolutely outstanding at this shop. Honest, straightforward and their services are priced fairly. It is rare to find a mechanic that is not only priced fairly but also delivers quality, they do both! I have been using their services for two years now and I am very grateful for the experience they create.
We have been using Precision to work on three different Porsches, an Audi A7 and a Toyoto Forerunner since moving here from NJ 16 years ago. We have always found them reliable, accommodating, cost competitive and friendly. A great shop with great people and service.
As always, fixed right the first time and as quoted.
The crew at Precision Imports is awesome. Great service!
Love Precision Imports! They live up to their name and excel at what they do in every aspect. My hard top convertible top was jammed half open recently. They delayed closing the shop until I could get the car dropped off. This unscheduled repair was resolved the very next day, talk about good service!
I was not happy with the services I received at another repair facility and a colleague suggested I try this place. I had a lot of work done on the car but their honesty and professionalism was appreciated. The work they did on my car was extensive but it rides as if it was new. There was a last minute repair that…
I brought my 1983 Datsun to Precision to address a long list of issues related to the mechanical condition of the vehicle. This car has been away for 2+ yrs receiving a top notch outer body restoration. It was extremely important to me that I choose a business that would provide the same top notch attention to the…
Really good at getting my car on time ! Some excellent porsche knowledge !
Precision Imports provides both excellent work and excellent customer service. Their team is outstanding. I have been servicing my Mercedes here for years after a friend recommended them to me and I would now never take my car any where else!
We have been using Precision Imports for over 5 years for both our BMW's. Always great service for a fair price.
Having a 2008 BMW, I have seen my fair share of independent shops. Never have I been to one this professional and punctual. They fit me in same-day for service and were extremely communicative and transparent. Highly recommended.
We now bring both of our vehicles (BMW/Honda). Patrick and his team are great and do not try to upsell you.
very professional - this is the second time I have taken my car to Precision - not only would I recommend them, but I would definitely take my Mercedes there again -
Josh and Austin (the whole team, really!) at Precision Imports are top notch. They are professional, courteous and experts in their fields. I've taken two of my cars there and they have a quick turnaround service. Their prices are competitive and I really value their excellent customer service. They always seem…
The personal service was excellent
My wife & I have long enjoyed dealing with Precision Imports. Over many years, they have earned our trust servicing our vehicles (Audi's, BMW & Murano). Precision employs well-trained, professional technicians who take pride in their work. There may be less expensive repair shops, but I have found that it's often…
I have been a client for several years, no complaints and plenty of compliments, I recommend these folks.
