Have worked with Precision since 2003 servicing and upgrading a wide range of cars: Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Mazda, GMC, etc. Excellent technical skills, customer service. Trustworthy and accountable. Highly recommend.
I have been using Precision for years. I have several BMW products (mini cooper, 328i) but they also have done work on my former vehicle (Audi a6) and my work vehicle (Nissan Rogue). Patrick, Nate, Ken and the rest of the team are extremely helpful. Most recently my friend needed an oils change of her Mini and the…
Fast, friendly service at a shop that knows their stuff.
Great customer service and Quality of work. My CH-R running better than ever!
No issues I will be bringing all of my cars to precision

I have trust in the people at Precision Imports. Thank you for your great service.
I have been extremely pleased with Precision Imports over the years. I started going to them in 2020 with my Supra and still go to them now. Their excellent customer service, timely updates, hardworking employees, friendliness, and checkins on your vehicle make them an easy choice to bring your vehicle to. Austin…
My Jeep broke down on Monday and in a pinch, I had it towed to Precision Imports. They got me right in and took great care of me! Nathan was awesome, professional and explained everything clearly when diagnosing the issue. From the front desk to the folks working on my car, everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely felt like my Jeep was in good hands!
Easy online appointment process and online estimate approval. Great service on both my daily driver and my street/track car.
Fast, courteous service. My first set of new tires came through defective, but Josh immediately offered to replace with either the same or a different brand, and refund the difference. They did all that in record time. Original order was for Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S, replaced by Continental DWS06 Plus. So far,…
Precision Imports is a phenomenal automotive care facility. They have taken care of all of my car needs promptly and professionally. I strongly recommend their services to everybody! Daniel.
Have done multiple tire installs and state inspections. Always a good job. Always willing to take the time to do it right!! Lately had a tire repair which turned into a tire replacement. They worked hard to repair the tire, but after some work, replaced the tire.
Patrick and Gretchen are fantastic. The service is impeccable, they do great work, and keep your car clean. They take care of you and your car, the right way. Edit: I have been going to them since 2009. You can tell they take pride in their work, every one of the team seems to be so happy to work there! Update: We…
I really like how they keep me informed when unusual circumstances arise when performing the service that was asked and I appreciate checks on other items on the car to give me a heads up on items that may need something done now or in the not too distant future.
I took my 2006 Toyota Corolla to Precision Imports for over 5 years. They were always great, and when I gave that car to my daughter, they ensured everything was just as it should be to get her safely to New Mexico despite its age and milage. Over the years, many things broke which they fixed, including the…
They do exactly what the say they are going to do and do so professionally a with curtesy.
Highly knowledgeable and helpful technicians, I always get great service there, would recommend them to anyone. Wouldn’t trust my BMW to any other shop.
Absolutely great service and customer relations. They have been around for at least 25+ years and definitely know their business while keeping the quality up and the cost down in comparison to many foreign car dealerships in the Manchester area. TOP NOTCH across the board!
Very great service!
This is the best automotive shop in the southern NH area for vintage car service. They have gone above and beyond the usual service level helping me source parts for my 1990 Jaguar XJS.
I always have the best service and very friendly staff and I know i'm getting good work on my car and not grease all over my steering wheel. The thing like best I know my car is in good hands

These guys are awesome! I have had my 99 Boxster serviced here multiple times now, and it always drives flawlessly after. Great customer service and fast.
Great service. They found bad brake lines as part of their inspection. Probably saved my vehicle from serious damage due to brake failure. Thanks again, great team and honest inspection.
Always excellent service! Very satisfied with staff and management.
Another very positive experience. The price is considerably less than competitors and the work is top quality. No reason to go anywhere else.
Great service. Very knowledgeable. They handled my wheels great. Not a mark on them. Will be returning
Great shop, very friendly and accommodating. The only shop I’ll bring any if my vehicles to. Better than dealerships
Everyone is absolutely outstanding at this shop. Honest, straightforward and their services are priced fairly. It is rare to find a mechanic that is not only priced fairly but also delivers quality, they do both! I have been using their services for two years now and I am very grateful for the experience they create.
As always, fixed right the first time and as quoted.
The crew at Precision Imports is awesome. Great service!
Love Precision Imports! They live up to their name and excel at what they do in every aspect. My hard top convertible top was jammed half open recently. They delayed closing the shop until I could get the car dropped off. This unscheduled repair was resolved the very next day, talk about good service!
I was not happy with the services I received at another repair facility and a colleague suggested I try this place. I had a lot of work done on the car but their honesty and professionalism was appreciated. The work they did on my car was extensive but it rides as if it was new. There was a last minute repair that…
I brought my 1983 Datsun to Precision to address a long list of issues related to the mechanical condition of the vehicle. This car has been away for 2+ yrs receiving a top notch outer body restoration. It was extremely important to me that I choose a business that would provide the same top notch attention to the…
Patrick and his team are excellent. High-end vehicles, nice facility and friendly, professional service. It’s the only place around I will be taking my ride. Thanks guys, A++
I always have excellent and professional service at Precision Imports. They have been taking care of my car for a few years now. Highly recommended!
Precision Imports provides both excellent work and excellent customer service. Their team is outstanding. I have been servicing my Mercedes here for years after a friend recommended them to me and I would now never take my car any where else!
We have been using Precision Imports for over 5 years for both our BMW's. Always great service for a fair price.
These guys are top notch they took my truck in balance and rotate my tires they couldn’t do enough for me I’d recommend him to anyone
Having a 2008 BMW, I have seen my fair share of independent shops. Never have I been to one this professional and punctual. They fit me in same-day for service and were extremely communicative and transparent. Highly recommended.
Josh and Austin (the whole team, really!) at Precision Imports are top notch. They are professional, courteous and experts in their fields. I've taken two of my cars there and they have a quick turnaround service. Their prices are competitive and I really value their excellent customer service. They always seem…
Got me in right away. Extremely professional and welcoming. They went above and beyond for customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.
