I had them at my house yesterday. They came promptly, the technician had all the parts in the truck and the installation was fine. That's the good part. The technician said I needed a new motor because the motor was making lot of noise. I was given a choice of three models to choose from. I was satisfied with the job, but later after speaking to a friend, I realized I was charged an exorbitant price. They are a totally overpriced company and now I feel like I was ripped off. I didn’t realize it at first and I should have shopped around. My friend just got a new motor from Home Depot and with installation, paid about a third of what I paid! So beware! Shop around. Precision prices are a rip off!
