Nothing but a positive experience so far. Price is reasonable and they even came out the same day to take care of an ant problem. Professional and thorough service. Would recommend.

They include follow‑up checks and back their work with a full one‑year guarantee. I saved $9,000 and…

Just had my first appointment with them. Very nice and pleasant young man who explained everything in detail to me, which I really appreciate. He did not rush me nor did he seem rushed, which is also appreciated. I did the annual contract so they will come out every 3 months. If I need them to spray inside also I just have to let them know. And in between time if I start seeing something they will come back out before the 3 month. I really like that.

Justin from Preferred Pest Control did a great job, messaged ahead to ask about my concerns, then again the morning of to let me know he was on his way. In about 45 minutes he sprayed the foundation for ants, removed wasp nests, and applied ant gel in the pantry. Detail-oriented and easy to work with. I’ve been a loyal customer of Preferred Pest Control for 4 years
