From start to finish, Premier Carpet Cleaning was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was very appreciative that I was able to have someone in to clean my carpets within 5 days. Don and his team go above and beyond. There is no one I trust more to take care of the carpet cleaning needs at our multifamily communities. We recently needed 12 apartments completed in just three days, and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Not only did they meet the deadline, but the quality of… Read full review

Eric and Pat plus El Jefe came over to take care of a mess my dog made running around the house fighting with the drone that was flying outside. In the midst of the fight, she tore her nail and she got blood everywhere But these gentlemen came over and cleaned up this huge mess! looks great so appreciative of the hard work and great service.

We just had the carpets in our apartment cleaned. And in the past we had a carpet cleaning business, did the schooling, all the things, (so I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to cleaning carpets) and Eric just did everything right!!! He was professional, but not haughty. He listened to all my… Read full review

I got Don's name from my realator, she said he was the best and most fairly priced in the Billings area. I was having new furniture delivered in four day's time and really wanted my carpets cleaned before it arrived. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration in the evening and left a message. Don provides a quality service at a great price. I thought my son’s carpet would have to be replaced but he made it look like new. I can’t recommend his business enough! He did seven rooms in our house.

Eric was so professional and knowledgeable on the care for carpets and different products of what I should and shouldn't be using. 10/10 recommend them for anyone. Eric took his time and made sure to give us a very through and detailed service. Normally cleaners are in and out in less than 30 but he took his time… Read full review

They do amazing work and my business has flourished because of the great reputation and service that premier carpet cleaning and restoration does!!!

My carpets are 20 years old. The carpet cleaner I had last year did a sub par job. I wasn’t expecting much. I have two flights of stairs with light colored carpet and they were almost black. The job Premier did was amazing. My stairs look almost new. The carpets in my home have not looked this good for many years. I will never use anyone else.

Mr. Don is an amazing guy and his work speaks for itself. I recommend everyone living in Billings, MT needs to use Premier Enterprises. My wife I feel and I are always satisfied to the highest level. I was able to get scheduled within two weeks of when I originally called Don. He was very professional when he came to clean my area rug and did a great job! I hadn’t had it cleaned in four years and he was able to make it look nearly new. I would recommend Premier to anyone!

DJ did an excellent job cleaning our carpets when we moved out of our rental house. Every stain was removed with the exception of an old paint stain which was there before we even moved in. He was very professional, easy to get a hold of when we had questions, thorough, on time, and did amazing work. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
