We found Premier Hardwood via the Rochester subreddit. Jeff did our roughly 1500sq house in a week! He was very upfront about what he expected the floors to look like due to dog pee and other damage, suggested stains and was happy to make adjustments. He is very quick and easily to communicate with. We were happy…
Jeff (new owner) did a great job on some pet stained floors and boards where carpet tape was pulled up. Some of the boards needed replacing and you would never know anything was replaced. After sanding and polishing our dog 😖 walked on the wet polish. When we called Jeff and told him what happened, he was back the…
Jeff and Premier did a fantastic job on my wood floors. They did a full refinish about 4 years ago and I had them come back to do a re-fresh this year. The re-fresh took 1 day and the floors look brand new. Execllent company to work with on a floor project!!
Bryan was so professional from day 1! It was so incredibly easy to work with him and truly a seamless process as the homeowner from start to finish. The workmanship was impeccable. Our floors look like new. Cannot recommend Premier Hardwood Flooring enough!
Our wood floor were so old and worn out. The guys from Premier Hardwood flooring were quick to respond to messages and communicated very well about the estimate and what to expect when the work was getting done. We knew exactly how prepare. While they were working on it they communicated to us daily on what was…
Very pleased - our wood floors needed restoring in a bad way. Now they look like new. Excellent communication on dates, process, etc - something that a lot of businesses are lacking in these days. Bryan did the floors while we were out of town and we had full confidence in giving him the key and full home access. We…
Can’t say enough good things go about the work Brian and Jeff did on my floors! Always on time, clean up was great! You will be glad you booked them!
It was my pleasure to have worked with Brian (the owner). His work was excellent and was beyond my expectation. These floors had not been refinished in the 10 years that I've owned this house. I wasn't sure how they would come out. On the first day of work I was astonished at how wonderful they looked even after…
Premier Hardwood did an amazing job restoring the hard wood floors in our home. Bryan did a quality job, I would highly recommend his services.
We have used Bryan and his team for 20 years in multiple homes and they’re simply the best. Skilled, honest, clean, fairly priced and completely trustworthy. They recently did work on our entire downstairs and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to schedule the next job.
We got 10+ quotes for hardwood refinishing. Premier called back right away. They came out and inspected things quickly and thoroughly. Their quote was competitive. They completed the job exactly as scheduled. They were fast, and the house was very clean when we returned. The floors are gorgeous!!!!! The results…
Premier Hardwood Flooring is simply the best! We recently had all of our downstairs hardwood floors repaired and restored by Premier, and could not be happier with the results! The original floors are over 100 years old, with lots of wear and tear and Premier had them looking like brand new when they were done!…
I'll keep this short and sweet and echo the rest of these reviews: I called them up blindly for an estimate on a house I just purchased and they were able to give me a ballpark figure simply via pics and my measurements. Bryan, jeff, and michelle were easy to work with throughout the process and I think the results…
Very pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend.
Bryan and his team did an amazing job with top notch respect for myself and my home. They were able to fit me in ahead of schedule which was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend!
