This is been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had dealing with a car repair shop. They are professional and really fast. There was only a 2-day turnaround and that was only because the part I need it for my vehicle had to be specially ordered. Josh was my service rep and he was outstanding! Kept me very…
Great communication, completed on time with no issues. Bismark was great. Now my go to repair shop for my Toyota.
Bismark and the whole team were great! They provided me with a loaner and did everything they could to ensure I was taken care of. 5 stars, will return.
Clean, detailed, friendly, communicative and efficient. Not much more you can ask for in an auto care specialist. BIsmark, was great!
Had a check engine light that turned out to be a bad thermostat. Made an appointment, got a call as soon as the part came in, scheduled an appointment for 3 days later and got the replacement done on the same day I brought my Jeep in. Great experience all around. Caleb was super helpful throughout.
Absolutely amazing service from Caleb and the rest of the team! Worked with me every step of the way on my repairs, worked around my work schedule, and made sure I was aware of any additional issues the vehicle may have. I went in for AC repair work and my AC has NEVER been as fast and cold as it is now! I was so…
It took a little longer than we all anticipated, but in the end the quality of the work and customer service are top notch!
I started out with these guys by having them inspect a used car i planned on buying. They did a GREAT job-dealt directly with Carvana's warranty dept and took care of the $7k in repairs on a timely basis. I subsequently had them handle maintenance and repairs on my two other car. Great guys, easy to deal with,…
Kristian was super easy to talk to and very informative of all my options without being pushy! After calling around other shops I ended up having Premier1 service for a used engine swap.
Exceptional service from Premier 1 Auto Care. The online scheduling process was so simple .At my appt Bizmark was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I was updated throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the issue and repaired in a timely manner. Definitely highly recommended!
I have been to Premier1 Auto Care a few times now, and I have always been happy with their service. Online scheduling is easy, drop-off is quick, and I really like how they send a clear list of recommended items so you can choose what you want done. The final price matched expectations, the car was ready sooner than…
Customer service specialists were very helpful and knowledgeable. Turn around time on repair was quick, price was reasonable.
Excellent service and team at Premier1. I went to these guys for a PPI and they were able to quickly identify several concerns on a vehicle before I purchase which allowed me to make the right decision. Thank you guys again!
I took my car to Premier 1 as AAA had recommended them. I was so impressed at the service and care I got from them. They fixed what was wrong and were so professional about it. I highly recommend these guys they are amazing!
Caleb is an excellent representative for Premier1 Auto. The staff there are courteous, professional, and keep you abreast of your vehicle repairs. They do great work each time I take my Maserati in for service. It alleviates me having to drive all the way to Austin as I trust the quality of their services at Premier1 Auto.
Premier1 is the ONLY place in San Antonio that we trust. Thorough and HONEST service. They take great pride in their work and we've never had an issue with their integrity. So happy to recommend them. Updating this on 5/15/2026. We moved across town a couple years ago; which made it too difficult to get our repairs…
Great hospitality provided by all folks. Brought my car in with a randomly occurring mystery noise. Diagnosed and repaired quickly.
Always great service. The advisors are personable and helpful, explain the work you need thoroughly.
I have been with Premier 1 a little over a year. Very intelligent front of the house Mgrs. They connect with everyone in a rare caring way. I have an older 2015 Lexus and Lexus kept going higher in repairs and regular maintenance sadly in the extreme😢..Mercy..It’s almost too expensive to own a car at all in these…
Caleb was excellent in communication and does exactly what he says—for timeliness and more. From the very first call, he was clear, professional, and honest about what needed to be done and when it would be completed. He kept me updated throughout the process and delivered the car exactly on time, with everything…
