I would like to share some honest feedback about my recent service experience. I was told that the maintenance light on my Prius could not be reset due to a possible system issue and that a $185 diagnostic fee would be necessary. However, I consulted ChatGPT, followed its simple instructions, and successfully reset the light myself within minutes. Other than this experience, I have no complaints about the service. However, it does raise some concerns about the technicians' familiarity with what seems to be a relatively simple procedure. I would have expected an experienced technician to resolve this without recommending an additional diagnostic fee. I hope you take this feedback constructively, as I value good service and would like to maintain my confidence in your service department.

Thank you so much Bismark Awesome customer service and I do appreciate a whole lot the military discount , fixed my car quickly although there were multiple issues with my car, offered me a free Uber ride home and back to pick up my car so I could rest comfortably at home instead of waiting. They also give military discount which is so much appreciated. Thank you so much and I totally recommend 😊
