Clean, detailed, friendly, communicative and efficient. Not much more you can ask for in an auto care specialist. BIsmark, was great!

Had a check engine light that turned out to be a bad thermostat. Made an appointment, got a call as soon as the part came in, scheduled an appointment for 3 days later and got the replacement done on the same day I brought my Jeep in. Great experience all around. Caleb is an excellent representative for Premier1 Auto. The staff there are courteous, professional, and keep you abreast of your vehicle repairs. They do great work each time I take my Maserati in for service. It alleviates me having to drive all the way to Austin as I trust the quality of their services at Premier1 Auto.

Technicians, not Mechanics. Premier1 was unable to diagnose a simple issue with my vehicle because the scanner did not provide them a code. A simple test drive would have demonstrated the issue. Their repair fixed nothing and I had to perform the repairs myself after I left.

Been there twice for 2 different vehicles. Both times great service and knowledgeable people.
