Clean, detailed, friendly, communicative and efficient. Not much more you can ask for in an auto care specialist. BIsmark, was great!

Had a check engine light that turned out to be a bad thermostat. Made an appointment, got a call as soon as the part came in, scheduled an appointment for 3 days later and got the replacement done on the same day I brought my Jeep in. Great experience all around. Caleb is an excellent representative for Premier1 Auto. The staff there are courteous, professional, and keep you abreast of your vehicle repairs. Technicians, not Mechanics. Premier1 was unable to diagnose a simple issue with my vehicle because the scanner did not provide them a code. A simple test drive would have demonstrated the issue. Their repair fixed nothing and I had to perform the repairs myself after I left.

Been there twice for 2 different vehicles. Both times great service and knowledgeable people.

Diagnostic confirmed what I already knew was wrong with my CCC.but the cost of options to fix issue were over the top expensive. I couldn't be more pleased with the crew at Premier1. They are thorough, courteous and value minded. My Toyota Highlander had an issue with the anti lock brake system and the tires. They had it cleared up in 2 days.

tech did a great job identifying issue with the vibrations - turned it needed was transmission fluid being and replacement of engine mounts - great job and improvements were noticeable

Joey from Premier 1 really took care of me and was very thorough and keeping me informed on the work that needed to be done. Got the job done quick and put me back on the road. Thank you Premier 1.

We have taken all 3 of our vehicles to Premier1 for various things and have been impressed every time. The service staff is friendly, they have excellent communication and give updates regularly, their pricing is very competitive and their work is impeccable. Premier1 is the best, hands down.

Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Best part is they offer dealer OEM quality workmanship with the hospitality of a neighborhood shop. I take both my Toyota’s since they have Toyota/Lexus certified technicians on staff. Won’t trust anyone else with my baby (my Tundra).

Their customer service was superb, and they provided excellent quality. They took the time to educate and explain with the photos and video taken of my vehicle. As a visual person, I really appreciated this!
