Caleb was fantastic to work with. We had a part shipment delay but he kept me informed and they went out of their way to pick up the part when the shipping problem persisted.

Great spot to bring your car! The guys are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also don’t delay on getting it fixed, so I didn’t have to wait long to get my car back.

Folks, there is a difference between car dealerships and Premier1. Premeir1 offered a better warranty than a dealership and better pricing. I had my front brakes upgraded on my Q50 infiniti. First time and I couldn’t be more pleased. The mechanics took the time to find a broken mount and remove it from the frame in which it had fallen into. Adam kept me informed along the process and was willing to stay a few minutes after closing to ensure I got my truck back. Thank you everyone for a great experience. I’ll be coming back.

Facility was spotless and the staff is very friendly. My repair was completed earlier than expected. I will be taking my wife's car this week for a repair since I was highly satisfied with their service.

Wayne did a fantastic job keeping us updated on the progress of the repairs on my Pathfinder. He also explained everything in a way that we could understand. They were so busy, but finished my car 1 day before it was estimated done. Fantastic experience!

Wayne was an awesome person to work with coming into town. A little ways away from where we live now but I will GLADLY drive there whenever I need something done on my VW.

Premier1 provided a fast and efficient check on a used vehicle I purchased. They confirmed the engine was sound and prioritized services and maintenance this 16 old car may require. Service completed on time for a fair price.

Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Best part is they offer dealer OEM quality workmanship with the hospitality of a neighborhood shop. I take both my Toyota’s since they have Toyota/Lexus certified technicians on staff.
