Premier1 Auto Care

I was planning to head back home to Washington that morning with my grandchildren and the car would not move. The emergency brakes locked up on my VW. I called Premier1, They gave me the number for a tow truck driver with a reasonable price. It was towed up around 10 and they were planning to do a diagnostic.… Read full review

I cannot recommend Premier1 enough! After having my Dodge Challenger towed in, I was incredibly stressed and worried about what was wrong with my car. From the moment I arrived, Christian went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. He kept me informed every step of the… Read full review

I had an outstanding experience with Premier 1. From the very first call with Noel to working with my service advisor Bizmark, the entire team delivered top notch customer service. They were professional, transparent, and fair throughout the whole process...something that really stands out these days. It’s clear… Read full review

The crew at Premier1 is great. They keep me on the road. There are moments that arise that could sour the experience, but the crew truly and sincerely give it there all

Very professional personnel.

Paid for diagnostic and rear Ac repair and neither did I get the correct diagnosis nor my rear ac fixed. My truck was in the shop for a total of 3 different times for over 2 weeks without it being accurately diagnosed. Here I am $1600 less in my pocket with Ac that still isn’t fixed. They maybe great at mechanical… Read full review

Great service and fast turnaround time!

My best experience I’ve had with a repair shop, I’ve been to a few in SA for various things on my vehicle before from brakes to headlights and sensors. But usually I had to be able to figure out when the advisor or mechanic was trying to trick me into extra unnecessary repairs. At premier one it didn’t feel like… Read full review

This Shop Has Great Customer Service, Pricing, Employees & Communication. I Highly Recommend Them. And Have Already Recommended Them To My Friends And Family. Bringing Both Of My Cars Back For Sure.

Took my 2001 Lexus to them for an electrical problem that kept draining my battery within 5 days ... a problem many auto service places didn't wish to tackle ... my confidence in Premier to solve this electrical issue was greatly enhanced when I saw a Tesla in their service bay ... an electrical car! ... if they… Read full review

Outstanding customer service and care. Always great service from the fine folks at Premier 1. They service both of my Toyotas. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Premier1 did a great job taking care of our vehicle. They performed thorough diagnostics and identified the exact problems and were able to address them without trial and error. We would highly recommend them.

The attention, the knowledge, the type of work is excellent.

My contact person at Premier 1 was Sam and I really cannot say enough good things about him. I brought in an older model truck and it needed some work to get it running smoothly again. Sam kept me informed of what needed to be done and the prices. I do not know the technician's name, but he or she was also good… Read full review

All I know is they did a damn excellent job at getting my truck back in excellent working order. Wayne, my service advisor, was great with keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with my truck, what was needed, what wasn't needed. I didn't have to call for a status. I thank Wayne for his awesome work and… Read full review

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Premier1. My experience from start (unexpectedly needing to have my truck towed to them because of engine trouble) to finish (an entirely new engine installed) was the greatest customer service I have ever encountered in dealing with any auto repair shop I have used… Read full review

The staff at Premier1 Auto Care were courteous, professional, and informative. I worked mostly with Sam and had a couple of conversations with Will. I was kept updated frequently on the status of my car and their team worked diligently to get all my car's needs taken care of and quickly. Thank you for all your hard work. ~ Jennifer Nava
