Premier1 Auto Care

Premier1 is the ONLY place in San Antonio that we trust. Thorough and HONEST service. They take great pride in their work and we've never had an issue with their integrity. So happy to recommend them. Updating this on 5/15/2026. We moved across town a couple years ago; which made it too difficult to get our repairs… Read full review

My e55 had an issue that needed diagnosing and repairing. Adam looked after me and the mechanics did a thorough inspection over the vehicle and recommended maintenance items with clear pictures/videos and explanations. Original issue was addressed as well as suggested maintenance items from flush out and replacing… Read full review

My best experience I’ve had with a repair shop, I’ve been to a few in SA for various things on my vehicle before from brakes to headlights and sensors. But usually I had to be able to figure out when the advisor or mechanic was trying to trick me into extra unnecessary repairs. At premier one it didn’t feel like… Read full review

Took about a week to get everything done. (Had to ship in parts and I had a lot done to my car) However. Car drives better than ever. AC actually works now. Will definitely be returning for anything else I may need done in the future. You can trust these guys 100%

This Shop Has Great Customer Service, Pricing, Employees & Communication. I Highly Recommend Them. And Have Already Recommended Them To My Friends And Family. Bringing Both Of My Cars Back For Sure.

Great experience. They performed a multipoint inspection and advised which items were critical to repair and which could wait. Photographs were provided for the clients evaluation. No pressure whatsoever to decide. Great technicians.

update for 3/31/2023 My engine light came on and they repaired as I was driving home with the vehicle it came back on. I called the company and they came to my home and picked up the car. Left a loaner for me to drive. They found another sensor out and replaced it without charging me. I then drove to Arlington and… Read full review

Premier 1 Auto Care was easy to deal with and they exceeded all of my expectations. Joey kept me informed through the whole process and there were no surprises. This was my first time using Premier 1 Auto Care and I highly recommend them. I will return for any future auto care needs.

My first impression of Premier Auto Care was on point; they are a professional repair shop. I did have an incident that turned into an inconvenience for me, but they resolved the issue and went over and above. I will keep bringing my cars there and recommend anyone to do so.

Facility was spotless and the staff is very friendly. My repair was completed earlier than expected. I will be taking my wife's car this week for a repair since I was highly satisfied with their service.

tech did a great job identifying issue with the vibrations - turned it needed was transmission fluid being and replacement of engine mounts - great job and improvements were noticeable

Outstanding customer service and care. Always great service from the fine folks at Premier 1. They service both of my Toyotas. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Premier1 did a great job taking care of our vehicle. They performed thorough diagnostics and identified the exact problems and were able to address them without trial and error. We would highly recommend them.

We have taken all 3 of our vehicles to Premier1 for various things and have been impressed every time. The service staff is friendly, they have excellent communication and give updates regularly, their pricing is very competitive and their work is impeccable. Premier1 is the best, hands down.

Treated well. Kept in the loop with needed services, and allowed to choose what would be done on this visit.

My contact person at Premier 1 was Sam and I really cannot say enough good things about him. I brought in an older model truck and it needed some work to get it running smoothly again. Sam kept me informed of what needed to be done and the prices. I do not know the technician's name, but he or she was also good… Read full review

I have to share that my experience did not start out well at all. It was my first time using them. At their direction I dropped my truck off the day before for them to diagnose and resolve the problem the next day. I called them around 3PM and was informed they did not have time to get to my vehicle. It would take… Read full review
