Mx for my vehicle was good. Performed all the services agreed upon and was happy with the customer service. My tech was very though in explaining upcoming services I need.

I used to go to the Chevy dealer but too many loooong waits for an oil change and surprise “oh while your here, (fill in the blank) needs to get done.” No thanks ! Very well organized shop with great communication and transparency on the status of the repair

Great experience. They performed a multipoint inspection and advised which items were critical to repair and which could wait. Photographs were provided for the clients evaluation. No pressure whatsoever to decide. Great technicians.

My experience upgrading rims and tires was not the best here. I had to take my car to another shop to install the wheel spacer needed. Also, the same rim/tires in another shop would have saved me almost $300. My recommendation is to explore other shops around.

Premier1 always does a great and thorough job! Both of our vehicles only get serviced through Premier1.

My first impression of Premier Auto Care was on point; they are a professional repair shop. I did have an incident that turned into an inconvenience for me, but they resolved the issue and went over and above. I will keep bringing my cars there and recommend anyone to do so.

I couldn't be more pleased with the crew at Premier1. They are thorough, courteous and value minded. My Toyota Highlander had an issue with the anti lock brake system and the tires. They had it cleared up in 2 days.

Went in to get a cat shield installed on my car. The dealership quoted me an extreme amount for an hour of labor. Took a chance and went into premier1.
