Premier1 Auto Care

It took a little longer than we all anticipated, but in the end the quality of the work and customer service are top notch!

Mx for my vehicle was good. Performed all the services agreed upon and was happy with the customer service. My tech was very though in explaining upcoming services I need.

Premier1 is the ONLY place in San Antonio that we trust. Thorough and HONEST service. They take great pride in their work and we've never had an issue with their integrity. So happy to recommend them. Updating this on 5/15/2026. We moved across town a couple years ago; which made it too difficult to get our repairs… Read full review

They were extremely busy. Did not expect to wait so long for services to be performed. Otherwise, very professional as always.

Reliable and Customer Focused. - Thank You Premier1 Auto & Caleb Syverson ! The Alfa Romeo dealership had closed in San Antonio, TX and with the nearest one in Austin, TX, 90 miles away, I had been looking for a place where technicians understand Alfa Romeos. Last week, my Stelvio (SUV) didn't start in the… Read full review

This is the fourt time I have taken my 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia to Premier1 since no Alfa dealer near me. This was for my 30k service and again had a great experience. Scheduling was a breeze dropped off day before due to my schedule. Spoke and dealt with Caleb and Adam. Both were great to work with and very… Read full review

Best around for getting car service done. I used to go to the Chevy dealer but too many loooong waits for an oil change and surprise “oh while your here, (fill in the blank) needs to get done.” No thanks ! The service here is always done on time, and any suggested work is outlined and reviewed in a non-pressure… Read full review

Great experience. Did the job quickly and efficiently!

My e55 had an issue that needed diagnosing and repairing. Prompt service and much more affordable than what Mercedes wanted

Excellent service, courteous, respectful and priced fairly. They are "GO TO" auto service providers.

I have always had complete satisfaction every single time my vehicle gets service here at Premier Auto 1. I will never trust my vehicle anywhere else.

This Shop Has Great Customer Service, Pricing, Employees & Communication. I Highly Recommend Them. And Have Already Recommended Them To My Friends And Family. Bringing Both Of My Cars Back For Sure.

Often it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. I’ve been a fairly regular customer at Premier1 for several years . They are not always the lowest priced but they have always been reliable and very professional. Recently I brought my car in for a routine oil change. The next day , to my horror I… Read full review

Very well organized shop with great communication and transparency on the status of the repair

Great experience. They performed a multipoint inspection and advised which items were critical to repair and which could wait. Photographs were provided for the clients evaluation. No pressure whatsoever to decide. Great technicians.

Service Advisor Adam did a great job figuring out and resolving my cars problem!

update for 3/31/2023 My engine light came on and they repaired as I was driving home with the vehicle it came back on. I called the company and they came to my home and picked up the car. Left a loaner for me to drive. They found another sensor out and replaced it without charging me. I then drove to Arlington and… Read full review

My experience upgrading rims and tires was not the best here. I had to take my car to another shop to install the wheel spacer needed. Also, the same rim/tires in another shop would have saved me almost $300. My recommendation is to explore other shops around.

Premier1 always does a great and thorough job! Both of our vehicles only get serviced through Premier1.

My first impression of Premier Auto Care was on point; they are a professional repair shop. I did have an incident that turned into an inconvenience for me, but they resolved the issue and went over and above. I will keep bringing my cars there and recommend anyone to do so.

Excellent, top notch service I’d highly recommend. Premier1 team truly cares about the customer and the health of my vehicle. Service advisor carefully reviewed all of the issues my car needed to be addressed and explained the why. Additionally, pricing is more affordable than big city dealerships. Thanks Premier1!

They treat my Alpha Romeo so well! Trustworthy with great communication!

Each aspect of my experience was executed efficiently by individuals who treated me with respect

I couldn't be more pleased with the crew at Premier1. They are thorough, courteous and value minded. My Toyota Highlander had an issue with the anti lock brake system and the tires. They had it cleared up in 2 days.

Great service and john was very knowledgeable. 5star company.

Joey from Premier 1 really took care of me and was very thorough and keeping me informed on the work that needed to be done. Got the job done quick and put me back on the road. Thank you Premier 1.

This is the only place I trust with my mercedes. They are extremely professional and their mechanics do impeccable work. Excellent. Customer service. They have a customer for life with me! My husband is also impressed..he told me yesterday that he was going to take his truck to Premier1 next time it needs to be serviced.

My go-to shop for all my BMW needs. Professional and courteous staff gives me peace of mind that my vehicle needs are in perfect hands. They kept me updated through the services.

Great service at a fair price

Great

Fast and detailed. They will give you all the issues and you decide what gets repaired. They also show you pictures.

Went in to get a cat shield installed on my car. The dealership quoted me an extreme amount for an hour of labor. Took a chance and went into premier1. This place is well maintained and they gave a nice waiting room with Wi-Fi and massage chairs. They are extremely professional and very customer service oriented.… Read full review

Outstanding customer service and care. Always great service from the fine folks at Premier 1. They service both of my Toyotas. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

In my desperation needing an oil change on my Maserati Mr Mike went above and beyond for my issue. Everyone inside were very nice and courteous. Joey was great! Worked with me to find a solution and delivered 100%. No feeling of up selling, great personality definitely a good place to trust if you need work done on your vehicle.

Very efficient, friendly, and courteous service. Owner takes the time to talk to clients, has great pride of ownership, and is very hands on with the business. Will definitely make them my auto needs home! They are very busy, so must have lots of repeat customers.

Great customer service and mike our service consultant was always keeping us informed of status of vehicle repairs. Highly recommended the professionalism of Premier1 auto service.

I was referred here by carmax to be seen quickly for a radio repair. Unfortunately my radio was on back order. I wasn’t called when the radio came in. I had to follow up. Treated well. Kept in the loop with needed services, and allowed to choose what would be done on this visit.

My contact person at Premier 1 was Sam and I really cannot say enough good things about him. I brought in an older model truck and it needed some work to get it running smoothly again. Sam kept me informed of what needed to be done and the prices. I do not know the technician's name, but he or she was also good… Read full review

I just waited in the waiting room until they finished.

Great service! Owner personally picked me up at home and took me to get my MB GL550 on a Sunday when they were closed. There is no one in SA that does that, no one. My wife and I will be using Premier One for all of my car maintenance needs in the future.

Premier1 Auto Care always has exceptional customer service, and stands behind their work. The team is very nice and helpful!

Sam, was courteous and informative for my first time visit. I really liked the vehicle text alerts which is also another main reason why I have chosen to give them all my business!

Excellent. Professional all the way. Will explains everything in great detail Best Service Consultant EVER.
