The agents are always kind and courteous. The mechanics do a great job going over all the points of service that can be found. They are also quick.

Work on the vehicle was fine, a bit over priced compared to a dealership but that’s kinda expected. Caleb is an excellent representative for Premier1 Auto. The staff there are courteous, professional, and keep you abreast of your vehicle repairs. They do great work each time I take my Maserati in for service. It alleviates me having to drive all the way to Austin as I trust the quality of their services at Premier1 Auto.

My service manager Christan took care of my trucks needs to including oil and filter service and replaced my tire pressure sensor. Have been trusting Premier Auto with my truck for over 2 years, couldn’t be happier with the service I have received

I took my VW in on a Wednesday at 12p. Not only was I able to get in right away, but Caleb was super helpful and friendly! I will be a regular here now for maintenance and oil changes versus the dealership!

Only place I will have my vehicle serviced, the staff is wonderful, Christian took great care of me and vehicle. They never pressure you to have more work than needed and their prices are very competitive.

Great hospitality provided by all folks. Brought my car in with a randomly occurring mystery noise. Diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Great spot to bring your car! The guys are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also don’t delay on getting it fixed, so I didn’t have to wait long to get my car back.

Great service and professional staff. Foreign cars service is hard to find. Trust is key when allowing someone to work on your vehicle. Upfront cost analysis and support staff coordination with me was seamless.

Premier1 Auto Care was the best! Staff were all very courteous and the waiting area was comfortable. I'm a returning and a future customer.

Having car problems is such a hassle, but Bismark is the best. He is super helpful kind and friendly, he will explain everything to you and take his time. If you have car issues or just need anything car related go see him!
